Idyllic Villa was remodeled in 2019 with all new furnishings and appliances with new coral tiled pool deck. (Pool cabana to rebuilt in the near future). Located in a quiet residential area with walking access to two beaches, the Westin Resort complex and a short drive to the spectacular North Shore beaches and the National Park.

The indoor living area is furnished in cool, island colors, with new furniture and artwork complimenting the natural beauty of St. John.  The 4 panel slider opens fully onto the upper deck and is also screened.

and cooking gadgets, granite counter and a small breakfast bar.

The three bedrooms are spacious, each with an accompanying full bath, sparkling linens, new furnishings and large airy French windows. There are 2 bedrooms on main level accessed from the living room, guest bedrooms are spacious and have air conditioning and either king bed or 2 twin bed choices.

The master bedroom is on lower level and has outside entrance, has air conditioning, a king-size bed and it's own master bath. There is a private sitting room & deck. The sitting room has fouton sofa/bed, Smart TV. and private deck outside also.

And, then there is the large pool (30x11x4) and deck surrounded by flowering shrubs with a captivating view. The comfortable deck furniture,  provide for easy living pool-side. There is no pool cabana with shower - working on plans to re-build.

Idyllic is landscaped with tropical plants such as flamboyant, bougainvillea, oleander, hibiscus and palm trees and more.

The house is fully equipped with linens, bath towels, beach towels and gear for the beach - coolers and beach chairs. Livingroom has Smart TV and Bluetooth stereo.

The house provides privacy and space for one couple, as well as easy sharing for two or three couples and is ideal for families.  Security cameras on exterior of home.  Idyllic is an easy walk to both Great Cruz Bay or Chocolate Hole beaches.

Initial supply of paper towels, toilet paper, bar soap for shower, dish soap, dishwasher soap laundry detergent, softener.  Beach towels, beach chairs, bath towels and linens!

Bring your sun shade - beach umbrellas are getting ready to be banned -  to save the turtle nests in the National Park.
