This cute condo on the second floor has one bedroom and bath. Permitted parking is available right in front of the unit. The kitchen is stocked with all the necessities of home. There is a balcony overlooking a lush tree belt, away from traffic noise - perfect for drinking your morning coffee and planning the day. We have an onsite pool and laundry facility. The beach, shops, and restaurants are all just a few steps away - no need to drive if you don't want to!
