Great place!

This is the second time my husband and I have stayed here, and we love it. It's very comfortable, attractive and immaculately clean. The downstairs is delightful to hang out, and the bedroom upstairs is spacious and so comfortable. We'll be back!

Girl's weekend!

This was our 2nd time staying at this property! Absolutely love it!! It's perfect for a weekend getaway!! Super clean, cute and lots of room for 2 people!!! We will be back hopefully for a 3rd time!!

Great rental! In a quiet and charming neighborhood. Centrally located for all the wedding parties we attended. The upstairs bathroom was big and nice. Two different sink locations which was wonderful for his and her toiletries. Makeup counter and chair was great! The bed as comfortable. All in all, a great visit to Lodi.

This place is so cute, the bathroom is amazing (even has heated floors). The balcony is very private and perfect for morning coffee and very relaxing in the evening with lots of shade on hot summer days.

My wife was born in Lodi and I lived there for 43 years. We retired to Morro Bay nine years ago. We like to return once a year to visit friends. We have not enjoyed commercial lodging. When I came across your website, my wife was favorable. Now she is ecstatic. She loved it. The only drawback was the technology. I am 78 and she is 73. We did not come watch TV, but we would have like to keep up with the news and we had a hard time with all your gadgets. Overall, those little negatives did not matter. The rooms were very clean and very comfortable. The neighborhood was very quiet. We would like to returned and prune your backyard and maybe qualify for a little discount. Carla owned a flower shop in Lodi and I did landscaping parttime for 40 years.

This is an amazing property, and so very central to everything we like to do. The only reason I didn't give it a 5-star rating was because we had issues with the Roku TV. Other than that, it was perfect and we will definitely stay here again.

Spacious with attention to detail

My friend and I have been traveling to Lodi for over a decade for wine events. This annual pilgrimage from out-of-state has become a highlight, and finding this gem made this year's event even more memorable. Beyond the spacious and well-appointed apartment, the backyard was calming and welcoming. The special details--like the cosmetics in the bathroom and bottle of wine--reflect the attention to detail and an experience tailored to guests. One of our favorite places so far! We will return.

Close to everything in Lodi!

We had a wonderful weekend in Lodi. The apartment had all the amenities we needed (fridge, freezer, coffee maker), and the bathroom suite was a treat. The apartment is an easy 15 minute walk to many restaurants and tasting rooms downtown. We also biked a couple of miles to the lake, and to other wineries. JoJo was incredibly proactive, responsive, and flexible regarding our check-in/out times, helping us with the door location and code, etc. Highly recommend!

Lodi is a lovely place for a wine weekend just for two, and our host has taken care of every amenity we could want in this spacious and cute two-story apartment. It is located on a tree-lined street just blocks from Lodi's historic downtown area. The apartment is recently remodeled with lots of upgrades and design details. Very comfortable, with excellent wifi and smart home features. You can easily stay in and enjoy a glass of wine on the terrace, or you can head downtown to visit your choice of tasting rooms and fine dining. Have fun!

Highly recommend!

My husband and I really enjoyed our stay in the apartment. I would highly recommend it for a couple’s getaway. We especially liked spending a lazy afternoon sipping wine and watching birds on the upstairs deck. It is attached to the main house, but the upstairs are not attached which gives the feeling of seclusion. The place was very clean and well-appointed. The bathroom was HUGE and included heated floors and a TV! The amenities were awesome – including the bottle of wine and a wide assortment of toiletries. We found it to be an easy stroll (10-15 minutes) to the downtown area restaurants & tasting rooms and is centrally located to the greater Lodi wine region. There was some confusion regarding the included use of the garage, but the property manager was very courteous and accommodating. We would certainly stay here again next time we’re in the neighborhood!
