Great location
Great location, but the property was not as advertised, bottom level of a two story house, overpriced but, location was excellent.
Pots in the kitchen would have been handy, walking into a msg that insects were a problem 🤔 only because the property wasn’t kept up to date, spiders, cockroaches and crickets were issues throughout.
No remote for tv, no remote for dvd player (so unusable)
Backyard definitely does not look as advertised, bbq unusable.
For the price charged, wouldn’t be hard to keep at a very usable standard.
This is a commercial property, not a privately owned property, charging top $ for average accommodation, but, it’s all about location I suppose.

Probably wouldn't return
Great location but impacted by the following. Carpet needs steam clean. Blinds in bedrooms need clean (if you have dust allergy suggest not booking). Lack of curtains in bedrooms plus cut out part of venetian blind allowed rising sun to shine directly onto pillow and face of anyone trying to sleep. Sleeps 6 but only 5 chairs at inside and outside dining tables. No proper wine glasses. No basic supplies such as salt/pepper, oil for bbq, spare bin bags. Shower outlet was blocked on arrival day, so bathroom flooded. Three very old dvd's (no wifi to watch own choices.) There is a rental property above this one (impacts noise and outside privacy.On last morning while having breakfast at 9.15am, lawn mower & whipper skipper team arrived creating so much dust and noise we had to move inside. The property managers were friendly and helpful.

Outstanding Spot
Exceeded my expectations of a wonderful seaside property. So close to the beach with stunning views of the water. Whole family really enjoyed it. Overall, very good facilities in the apartment, but could have done with some more cutlery & saucepans (minor issues in the scheme of things). Highly recommended.
