Everything was good except the TV reception that kept turning off so that was annoying. May need an update but otherwise really good

Great house for six people
We enjoyed our stay at the Townhouse very much. It was excellent in all regards. The only negative, having booked and paid months in advance was a mix up between owners and agent (Hearns) so that the house was not cleaned for our arrival, but the lady from Hearns, and two helpers, quickly got it shipshape. They deserve accolades. We were there for the jazz festival; very enjoyable.

Great Location but far too expensive.
Six of us stayed over the Labour Day weekend and for seven nights in total. This was during the Port Fairy Folk Music Festival so accommodation is hard to find. This is a great location just around the corner from Sackville St with shops, supermarket, banks and eating close by. But, it cost us $3800 for the week, up about $1000 from last year. You'd think for this money that the grass would be mowed, and that there would be saucepans available in the kitchen. Not so! There is an arrogance and complacency about the owners and booking agencies in this town that is very off-putting. I just ask - is the property worth the amount of money that is demanded?
