Cozy & Private Studio Guesthouse near downtown

Studio guesthouse includes: a queen bed, a bathroom, a full kitchen, a patio, and an off-street parking space inside a fenced and gated property. It’s a stand alone building providing lots of privacy.

Our neighborhood is one of the older ones in the city consisting mostly senior citizens who have lived in their homes for more at least 20 years in average. Most of the houses were built in the the early 1900s or even in the late 1800s. The neighborhood is in the process of being revamped where houses are being restored.

Our guesthouse is less than 2 miles to downtown: the downtown RiverWalk, the Alamo, Tower of the Americas, Henry B. Gonzalez convention center, the river walk mall, and Alamodome. It takes 5-6 minute drive or 30 minute walking. There are also bus stops nearby.

It’s walking distance to a couple of local breweries: Freetail, Blue Star) and Roosevelt Park: a public park with facilities, basketball courts, barbecue pits. We’re also a few blocks from the Hike and Bike-river trail connecting all the historic Spanish missions including the Alamo

We’re downtown living. Expect some noise from traffic, train, early morning joggers, and neighborhood dogs. We provide EARPLUGS and SLEEP MASKS for our light sleeper guests.

We allow pets for a fee. Make sure your pet is added to the booking and the fee will be calculated in the total payment. And please let us know that you’re bringing a pet as well. Thank you.
