Although it sleeps 6, it is very compact for this many people, mainly due to some oversized furniture. Oddly, the lounges only seat 4 people though. That said, we had a great stay.

Reviewer Comments: Fantastic location across the road from the river.Great Indonesian food from food van across the road on weekends.Lovely walks along the river and pelican feeding at 8.45am each day.Day trip to gorges - skywalk, nature's window and z bend. Lovely coastal cliffs - eg. Red Bluff lookout.Few minor issues with the apartment such as low water pressure in shower and some temperamental light switches, but overall a great place to stay! Will definitely be back!!Lovely meals at Upstairs Restaurant and Finlays.

Reviewer Comments: The booking process and key collection was very easy and the property was well located and comfortable for 4 people. However, it is a little tired and requires maintenance. One of the single beds requires a new mattress as you slept on quite an angle and the timber blind in another bedroom facing West had to be forced closed and remained closed for the entire stay. Issues were reported and we would stay again, but only if the maintenance issues were addressed.

Reviewer Comments: Very nice unit, clean, lovely views, confortable for 3 people; the stair is quite steep and narrow (could be an issue with very young children though there is a gate upstairs, or for people with mobility issues); we had a problem with a pedestal fan which was immediately replaced, which was great. Upstair aircond works well, though located in the corridor between the bedrooms (not in the bedrooms). This unit was very good at this time of the year (not very busy and not very hot). I would go back, the gorges were absolutely stunning and we had a fabulous time in Kalbarri

Our main concern was that terrible spiral staircase and only having the one toilet upstairs. 3 bedrooms and with one shower and toilet in the one room just doesn't cut it. I don't know how a family would manage. We had a blind granddaughter with us and even tho I had explained that when I booked, there was no way she could handle those stairs, so thankfully they were able to get another unit on the groundfloor which suited her much better. A very poor design for holiday rental I'm afraid. Thanks to the staff for helping out with another unit it was much appreciated at short notice.

Great location, clean and tidy. It’s a little bit smaller than we were expecting but was fine.

Overall experience was great. As a family though the Tv being a 32” non smart Tv I don’t believe is acceptable in this day and age. It’s time they updated to something larger for downtime inside the oroperty

Easy holiday in Kalbarri

Our family of 5 had a great 1 week holiday at the Resort. The unit is perfectly located on the quieter end of town near the jetty. We just carried the kayaks across the road for a paddle. The unit is well equipped although a little attention to details (ie. sharper cutting knives and new cutting boards) would be welcome. Otherwise, the beds were comfy, linen was nice, and good renovated bathroom and kitchen. And the hot water was great!

Great town

Kalbarri is a wonderful place to holiday, everyone is happy, friendly and having fun. We had a fantastic time doing all activities they have to offer. Our unit was a lot smaller than what the pictures online make it out to be, however we were so busy doing the activities around the area that we were'nt in it much so it worked out ok. Unit does need updating though.

Good property, great place for kids

Our family of 5 (two adults and 3 kids) stayed here in early January. The unit was comfortable and clean and easily accomodate do our family. The unit faces right onto the river and jetty, which or kids loved as we could get up early and go fishing. It is a very short work to the IGA. The best thing about the resort is the pool, our kids loved it as did we, particularly in the afternoon when it was to windy to go to the beach. The unit was the perfect place for our summer holiday.
