Thank you for this feedback. We regret you had bad weather during your stay which didn't help the beach access and we will try to make it very clear in the listing this property does not advertise direct ocean access. We thank you for letting us know your thoughts.

Carli, We apologize that you were met with those cleaning issues which should have been caught prior to your arrival. What you report is not up to our standards.

Thank you for taking the time to leave this 4-star review and share your feedback with us. We are happy to hear that you found the house to be "nice" and that our team was able to respond quickly to rectify the initial cleaning and maintenance issues. We appreciate your patience and for giving us the opportunity to make things right during your stay. We also sincerely value your constructive comments about the property's condition. Feedback like yours is essential for helping us improve. We will be using your review to schedule a thorough deep clean and a maintenance review with our property care team to address those items that have deteriorated over time. Our goal is to ensure the home is at that "next level" you mentioned for all future guests. Thank you again for your valuable insights. We hope we have the opportunity to host you again in the future.

Hi Chelsea, thank you for taking the time to share your experience with us. We do close pools for the season in early October, for the 2021 season pools were closed on October 9. This is because the pool water gets too cold to be enjoyable. At this time, the ocean is warmer than the pools. We apologize for the cleanliness, we have reported this to the proper department to ensure it is addressed. We are glad you enjoyed your stay overall, and hope to see you again next year. The view from the top-level deck of Bikinis and Martinis is incredible. Thank you for choosing Blue!

Erin, Thank you for your comments. We will correct the pillow situation and the house is scheduled for a deep clean this week. Please do come back again soon!

Sorry to see your discontent with this property. Pools are closed at this time of year and we apologize you thought that was an eyesore. We do not charge a cleaning fee to our guests so we regret the confusion.

Christie, Thanks for your review of Stella Maris. So glad to read your glowing comments, and will pass word along to the owner about the mattress. One of the best things we have going for us on the Outer Banks is what we don't have. You won't soon find street lights to help with nighttime navigation. So glad you get it and made the most of the situation. Please come back again soon and stay with us at Outer Banks Blue.

Dorene, Thank you for taking the time to let us know about your stay. Glad you had such a great time. For future reference we stopped providing cloth pot holders in the properties due to sanitization. We provide silicon gloves now for hot pots and pans. Please come back again soon!

Cathleen, Thanks for your review.

Abigail, Thank you for your review.

Theresa, We apologize for the miscommunication on the grill. Our company standard is to supply a gas grill at our properties.
