2bedroom Villa in prime location,central Seminyak

Location, Location, Location! Villa Kari is on the most beautiful and convenient street of Seminyak . A straight minute's walk away will find you on the main street of Oberoi with lovely bars and cafes or 10mins walk to the KuDeTa beach.

Guest staying at our villa will have:
- Free Airport-Pickup for min of 2 nights stay
- Villa Manager to greet you upon arrival
- Daily Housekeeping ( except Sundays )
- Entire Villa to yourself with private pool

The place is very comfortable and very green. its around 280m2, and all surrounded by a tropical garden and an 8m-long lap pool. There are 2 bedrooms with their own bathrooms, an open living area, and a kitchen fully equipped.

It's located in a very secure street, with 24 hour security and lighted all the way to the mainstreet so you do not have to worry about safety. Great for all types of travellers and those with children as the road towards Oberoi street is pram friendly with minimal traffic.

* Seminyak has gotten busier so there will be some minor traffic noises around the villa *

Sensational location. Minutes away from Eat St. Can walk to the beach. Very obliging host. Cleaners do a great job. If you like one bedroom with an outdoor shower then it’s very good. Problem with that though if it rains. A simple Perspex roof would easily fix that.

Lovely villa, just as described in listing. Only inital concern was traffic noise but we soon become used to it ... it is Bali after all, you need expect noise from motorbikes. Just be aware of you are a light sleeper. Pool amazing. Housekeeper very efficient, all staff polite. Communication good with villa manager. Highly recommend.

Great location, lovely home

The location was superb, just a short walk from restaurants and shopping. We enjoyed the open plan of the house and the very private pool. Arriving late, we apreciated the ride from the airport and being greeted at check-in. They were super receptive to our requests and gave great suggestions as well as arranging our ride back to the airport. Treat yourselves and stay here!

Fabulous private space in the heart of it all!

Had an amazing time! Great private space. Wonderful private pool and close to restaurants, shops and 9 minute walk to Kayu Aya beach! Amanda was great and always available for us as needed. Housekeeping was a wonderful treat and villa laundry service was also great! Noisy during the day but quiet at nite for sleeping. Would highly recommend.

Gorgeous Villa!

This is a super cute villa that exceeds expectations.It’s nice and private (door bell is excellent), has a full kitchen (grab salt & pepper & oil on your trip to the supermarket), the pool is longer than the standard private pool, great amenities (fresh water supplied, speaker, tv in living area). Like most reviews the noise does need mentioning, particularly noisy on a Friday / Saturday night with people celebrating on their way home - it’s on a busy corner but besides the two nights it was easy to ignore. The property is maintained well and house keeping and bartender team were all super lovely..We will definitely be returning in the future :)

Overall

The villa is nice except it is extremely loud due to the location being on a corner and a bend very nearby. However, the location to shopping and eateries is terrfic! The pool was not cleaned properly and the sun lounges were extremely uncomfortable. The place could have cleaned a little better.

Fantastic location at an amazing price

We stayed here for one week and regret not booking longer.The villa is "Modern Traditional" Balinese with open plan kitchen and living, private bedrooms, each with bathroom. Upstairs is an indoor ensuite, downstairs has a private open air shower. If this doesnt suit you, dont stay here, but for those who appreciate "different" setups, its a fantastic option.The pool is very close to the open plan living, so not highly suitable for young kids, PERFECT for adults who want to get up and have a splash before breakfast and for cooling off both during and at the end of the day.The location is absolutely perfect, just far enough from the main Seminyak street that you arent interupted by the party vibe, but so close that you wont need a driver if you intend to hit the bars, clubs, restaurants and even walking distance to Ku De Ta Beach club (a worthwhile visit for a sunset watch).The manager stayed in regular contact and assisted with some minor inconveniences with no hesitation.Cleaned most days (I think Sundays are day off?) and always fresh towels and water supplied.Cannot thank Amanda enough, and will be staying here again in the future given the opportunity.

Lovely home in great location

Really great communication from Stephanie and Amanda from booking to check in and check out. Great property with spacious living areas and pool with 2 bedrooms and bathrooms (en-suit). Very close to main shopping street with lanes to cut through to the beach and other areas. Very built up area but walls are high and quite private. Cleaners came in every day and were lovely and just made sure the place stayed clean during the stay. Amanda helped by organising a car for our next stay in Ubud and Agus was brilliant and showed us things on the way to Ubud. Very slight downside but not an issue or one of the property. The property is on the corner of two very busy lanes so there is constant traffic and beeping for vehicles as they pass but we live on a busy road so this didn’t bother us at all. Also for the location and how close it is to everything it was a bonus really. Also there was renovation works happening next door which we were informed of when we arrived. Again not ideal and certainly not the properties fault but the grinding did get a little annoying after a while but it did not bother our stay either. Overall, fantastic property in fantastic location for everything we wanted to do in Seminyak and we would absolutely stay again. Well done Stephanie, Amanda and the team - You were all great so thank you for a lovely stay.

Fabulous Oasis for a Bali reunion

We found the villa to be exactly as advertised and photographed - in fact better than the pictures. We had everything we needed to cook had we wanted to, but restaurants are nearby and wonderful places for a coffee massage, shopping, easy walking distance. We had hired a Driver for the week and there is a handy parking spot right outside. The villa provided ample mosquito coils, insect repellent and plug-in repellent. Overhead fans in the main living area kept us comfortable. The pool was spotlessly clean and a great temperature and the bedrooms had Aircon. The complimentary pick up from the airport was much appreciated and the drivers were friendly good drivers. Be aware the property is right in the heart of Seminyak - easy walking distance to Seminyak Square and as such a main route for scooter drivers who love to toot their horns. If you think noise will bother you, take earplugs for at night (we did based on previous reviews), however we were not bothered and woke to birdsong every morning and peace. Complementary bottled water through a filtration system with boiling, cold and tepid was available. That was an added bonus, as was the fridge and microwave. If you are mobility impaired, you will find the upstairs bedroom slightly difficult to access. Amanda the caretaker nearby was marvellous (not intrusive) but available any time day or night and a small issue that’s not even worth mentioning was immediately attended to by her. Highly recommend.

Wir hatten einen angenehmen Aufenthalt. Das Haus ist offen, sodass es im Wohnzimmer trotz Deckenventilator sehr warm ist und Mücken ihr Unwesen treiben. Abends entspannt da sitzen ist auch nicht wirklich bequem. Bauarbeiten am Nachbarhaus waren störend, ebenso der viele Verkehr trotzdem es eine Nebenstraße war. Vor der Tür war es extrem dreckig, was Ungeziefer anzieht. So hatten wir einen Abend unschönen Besuch einer Ratte. Die Hauptstraße ist sehr lebendig und bis 22:00 kann man dort überall gut und günstig essen oder einen Cocktail genießen. Der Pool ist sehr schön. Jeden Tag kam jemand, um die Betten zu machen. Im unteren Bad gab es leider keine Dusche, nur eine Badewanne. Der Wasserssdruck da und oben war zum Duschen zu schwach. Für zwei drei Nächte kann man das Haus empfehlen, wenn man es offen und natürlich Balinesisch mag.

Excellent place walking distance to downtown Seminyak.

Great service and beautiful property. Arrangements were made for us for both airport shuttles to and from. Short walk to all the bars and restaurants of downtown Seminyak. Highly recommend this place.

Why they chose this property

The layout of this villa was just perfect, 2 rooms stacked on top of each other allows a lot of ground space for spreading out and chase the sun all day on your sun lounger or for children to run about.
The location cannot be beaten as it is in a lovely and safe area with security from other boutique villas and lighted path all the way from the main street to the villa.
