This renovated house is located in an old monastery from the 14th century right in Giuliano di Roma.
Enjoy the great stone gate that leads to a relaxing courtyard.
The house is on 2 floors with stairs and includes 2 bedrooms each with a king bed.
All windows give you an amazing view on the green valley.
You also have a balcony where you can have your breakfast with a great outlook on the mountains and the valley.
this nicely decorated house about an hour from Rome will give you the peace you want.
You can also enjoy beautiful sandy beaches close by ( Sabaudia, Sperlonga, Terracina, Gaeta ) or even better go for a short trip to the amazing and exquisite Ponza island with a direct ferry in 30 mn from the house.
Of course, you can do wonderful hikes all around in the hills .

Special place and location in a nice town.

We were very suprised when we got there. It is a house located in a nice old village. You have to take a little walk from the parking place to the house. Good beds. No need to take your own bedding, kitchen/ bathing towels. There is no airconditioning in the house, there are two big vans. It can get quite warm inside, despite of the shutters. The house has two floors. The floor below is a bit cooler. Big bedrooms, good shower, nice small kitchen (with a great view over the valley). Big hallway and a cosy livingroom. The communication wit the owners is great. We always got very quick response. We had a great stay in Giuliano di Roma. Very friendly people. There is a bakery and every thursday at 1600 hours there is green grocer at the market place. He is not very punctual (lol). If you want something totally different, not touristy but pure, this is the place to be.

Alles war wie beschrieben. Super Aufenthalt und gute Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter. Leider hat die Agentur einen Fehler gemacht. Ich habe eine Klimaanlage erwartet ( diese war in der Beschreibung) leider gab es keine. Im Sommer bei 38 grad nicht machbar. Der Vermieter sagte mir das er nie eine Klimaanlage angegeben hatte. Ansonsten toller Aufenthalt und immer wieder gerne.

Schöne Wohnung in einem mittelalterlichen Dorf.

Sehr schöner Standort zur Erkundung des ländlichen Umbriens. Die Wohnung ist in einem "alten Gemäuer", mit Ess-/Wohnzimmer und einem Schlafzimmer Erdgeschoss. Diese beiden Zimmer sind sehr schön eingerichtet - wir haben uns dort sehr wohl gefühlt. Ein Stockwerk tiefer (Hanglage) befindet sich die Küche mit einem kleinen Balkon (sehr schöne Aussicht), das Bad sowie ein weiteres Schlafzimmer. Die Küche ist einfach, aber mit allem ausgestattet, was man zum Kochen braucht. Im Dorf gibt es einen kleinen Lebensmittelhändler und Bäcker für die Basisausstattung an Lebensmitteln. Die Lage ist absolut ruhig. Wir haben uns dort sehr wohl gefühlt gefühlt.

Locationt conforme à l'annonce pas de surprise

Maison de ville typique agréable et gardant une certaine fraîcheur malgré la chaleur extérieure, meublé avec raffinement, propre, avec tout l'équipement décrit dans l'annonce, le propriétaire est à l'écoute et répond rapidement à nos questions. Village vivant, avec tous les commerces de proximité, nous conseillons vivement cette location.

Great stay, perfect house - difficult to reach and find parking area

Thanks for this accomodation. The only problem was to get there, though the roads of this small village are closed for tourists. A detailed description how to get there and where to find the parking lots would have been nice. I addition the lady on site could not speak english at all :-) Nevertheless we solved all these starting problems and are overwhelmed of the house & view and would definitely come again!
