Amazing property with spacious gardens
If you want to relax or enjoy a family reunion this property has five different rooms each one has their own bathroom the one room has two rooms in it so there is actually a total of five rooms it is rented as an entire property no different parties at the same time . We do offer different rates for different parties for different circumstances , please let us know, you rent this property for the day for $400 for up to 50 people
What makes you need this property is the property itself with exotic animals and gardens beautiful warm weather amazing Mountain View with the deck and an amphitheater
to see the sunset, infinity pool with a ramp, pool table swingset for kids beach Bonneville area as well big parking lot indoors . The maid will provide cleaning services daily also breakfast lunch and dinner available upon request for a separate price,
When renting for the day that maid will be available to assist you.The price is for 4 people there is $20 charge per day per person after 4 guests

Older place. Nice and roomy tons of space but def older. It was nice that it was gated, and the grounds keepers were very sweet.

This property is located in tropical weather its 1 acre and its perfect for family reunions, company team building activities or company parties for the day it can hold up to 50 people and to sleep its for a max of 15 people

What makes this property unique

This property is located 45 minutes from the Costa Rica airport, its located in tropical weather, cleaning daily is included, there are animals in the property they are locked like goats, dogs,birds, chickens, peacocks. They are usually free but we lock them for the guests unless guests dont mind them being around.
