Renowned for its access to excellent fishing in the Marlborough Sounds. From the porch at Catseye you can check out the tides and the boats as they head to the ramp which is 2 minutes drive away.

Catseye sleeps 8 comfortably, with two queen bedrooms and another bedroom with four single beds. It has a bathroom with a shower and a separate toilet. The house has a bright open plan living area with a large table for meals and a log burning fire with plenty of firewood. It is well equipped for family groups and/or friends with comfortable beds, modern appliances, plenty of fridge and freezer space and a washing machine. The living area is open plan with access through 2 sliding double doors to the porch with seating and views to the sea.

There is plenty of off street parking for cars and boats and a wash down area, with a stainless steel fish filleting cleaning area with running water.
