Frontline, Beachfront, Ground Floor, Huge 2 Bedroom Apartment

This is a deluxe, front-line beach villa overlooking the sea. There is a protected area in front of the villa for nesting turtles on our beach. The Villa is located 500 meters from Angulo Surf School (2 time world champion windsurfer). They can provide all the kit for SUP, windsurfing, kite surfing etc. Why play with just one board or kite? Why not try them all?
These completely self-contained, fully furnished, huge (112m2) , 2 bedroom flats have a kitchen with fridge, stove, oven, washing machine, microwave, kettle, toaster, pots and pans and all the dishes. Just bring your toothbrush! Towels and linen provided. Two flats available - almost identical with top end furnishings and everything included. Super king beds with extra thick mattresses ensure your sleeping comfort. Two single beds. Surge protectors provided to safeguard your phone/laptop/tablet etc. Secure storage for equipment. Filtered water for safe drinking water in each flat. We have installed flyscreens to help insure a good night’s sleep. There is a safe in each of the flats to secure your documents, keys and cash. Rent one or both.

The apartment is practically perfect in every way and Vicky is a delight!Its a lovely walk along the beach into town (cut through the porto antico complex for some pretty gardens as there's not a lot of greenery on the island) or a few euros by taxi, but there are several good restaurants very close and beer from the fridge is the coldest in town

It was a terrible experience for you and I am very sorry that it happened. However, these incidents are rare and the police presence has increased in the area. Taxis are readily available for just 2 to 3 Euros.

Alles hat perfekt geklappt, Vicky ist eine tolle und hilfsbereite Vermieterin, die Lage der Wohnung traumhaft, alles perfekt sauber, jederzeit wieder, leider mussten wir aufgrund des Coronavirus unsren Urlaub vorzeitig beenden was sehr schade war

The best place I have stayed in Santa Maria

Vicky is the kindest homeowner, the villa is huge and so beautifully furnished with an exceptionally comfy bed and great shower and kitchen which is a must for me! This is great value for money and is a home from home. The Angulo beach is in my opinion the best place to be located as you have access to everywhere. I will definitely be back again, thank you Vicky lots of love and hugs to the dogs xx

Great place, great location, great host.

Vicky is a great host and the house is large and comfortable in a nice part of town, five minutes away from the centre. With a lovely surf bar just down the road. Sal has amazing beaches, crystal clear sea, lovely people and we had a great stay. We can’t wait to visit again and would recommend this place to anyone!

We hadden een fijne tijd op Sal. Vicky, de eigenares is heel vriendelijk en hulpvaardig. Ze gaf ons heel wat tips voor uitstappen en regelde die ook.Het vakantieverblijf ligt wat weg van de resorts, en dichter bij de locals: het echte Sal en dat beviel ons. Avalon is een aanrader!

Patrick and his family were the perfect guests. They treated the apartment with respect and left it very clean and tidy. They are very friendly people and a pleasure to host. I would welcome them back at any time. I gave them 5 stars for all categories, but something was wrong and it only gave them 1 star. I confirm that they were definitely 5 star guests.

Sehr schöne große Ferienwohnung mit allem was man braucht

Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt bei Vicky und Andre! Sie wohnen im selben Haus, so dass man sie immer ansprechen konnte. War aber gar nicht notwendig, denn alles war vorhanden und funktionierte einwandfrei. Wir bekamen sogar selbstgebackene Cookies serviert und Andre hat den Flughafenshuttle übernommen. Ein rundum gelungener Aufenthalt!
