House in the central area of Marica, Itapeba neighborhood, with private pool and barbecue, WiFi service of 40 mega, comfortable beds, are 2 double beds and 1 single, 9 pillows and 3 inflatable mattresses. Ceiling fans in bedrooms and living room and two floors in the house. House located in a residential condominium with 24h concierge, 4 minutes drive from the Araçatiba Lagoon and the commercial center. 15 minutes from Barra da Marica beach.
House equipped with household items of the day. TV in living room and WiFi.
House has balconies on the front and side of the house covered, good for family gatherings in the outdoor area.
___In case of lack of water, the water is at the guest's expense.
_Pool is delivered clean. Cleaning of the pool during stay is by the guest. Value: $ 70 per cleaning to be paid directly to our pool handler. In case of rain, the swimming pool takes effect of nature and turns green, having the host hire extra cleaning.
We receive guests who come both for leisure and for work in the Maricá region.
