Perpetual June Villa is a BEACHFRONT PROPERTY with amenities such as pools, tennis courts, pickle ball, snorkelling, kiddies playground, restaurants, and more! We are directly on the beach!!.
Situated within the gated community of Palm Cay with nearby grocery stores, there is not much you will be missing while you're making unforgettable memories away from home! This is a private beach front home and we are happy to open up our residence for the summer season once again! New this year, is an expanded patio, allowing for plenty of space to relax out of the sun, and a full sized deck for an additional 800 square feet of outdoor beach living pleasure.
We invite you to stay in this 3 bedroom (with first-class mattresses, King, Queen, two Twins, with Egyptian linens), 2.5 bath, beautifully decorated, comfortable home away from home, as you dream and awake to the Ocean Front sights and sounds. "If there is a heaven for me, I'm sure there is a beach attached." Jimmy Buffet. Grill your tuna steaks on the balcony, shake up your Mojitos with fresh mint from our kitchen garden, as the most beautiful sunsets unfold before your very eyes at Perpetual June Villa.
