Welcome to Sea Coast Gardens 2 condo 507 "Modern Dunes Escape"! Recently renovated and updated, this desirable 2/2 is located on the top floor which offers views of the beach, ocean, pools, shuffle board courts, beach deck and clubhouse. You can also enjoy a quiet stay without the disruption of any guests above you. Sleeps 6 without the use of a sleeper sofa with a King bed in master and a Queen bed with a Twin Bunk bed in guest bedroom. Large flat screen TV in living room, TV in Master Bedroom and TV in Guest Room.

Great Stay

Great condo, clean, and has a nice view. The kids loved their room. We had a great time, the place was not over crowded pools were wonderful, beach beautiful and clean.

Beautiful condo!

The condo was exactly as listed, beautiful and comfortable and the beach was lovely to walk on. Loved the location, close to good restaurants (several in walking distance!), a church and shopping! Hope to return soon!

We were told construction complete. Was not. People entered unit without notice. Total lack of communication. Should have been discounted considering the noise

Unfortunately we do not manage the property or the construction, only the condo rental, and did our best to keep our guests informed with the information we were provided. The project was scheduled to be completed prior to the end of the year however, they ran into delays. Thankfully the project is wrapping up soon so this will not be an issue for our future guests. Enjoyed NSB

The room was wonderful. It had beautiful views, was very clean. It had everything we could have needed for our stay. The residents are a delight, very friendly and super hospitable. Upon booking the room I received an email stating that the building was under going construction from January until April 2022. Because our stay would be during the last week of May and first week of June, I was not concerned. However, construction was still going on when we arrived. Every morning until dinner we could hear the sounds of a jackhammer hammering away in the unit beside us. The same loud hammering could also be heard from the beach. Beach access was blocked off due to machinery. We had to carry our beach gear down the stairs at the pool entrance, through two gates, and across the shuffle courts to reach the beach. This was very inconvenient and near impossible to do without two people. ( we have three kids, so we got a lot of beach gear) The same was true in the parking lot. Construction trucks and trailers blocked most of the road way, leaving very little room for our very large SUV to squeeze through. I would stay at this property again, but, I would have liked to have been notified that construction was still on going at the time of our stay. Especially since the said construction was in the unit beside us.

The construction managed by the onsite office was originally scheduled to be finished prior to your arrival but was delayed due to shortages. Since we only manage the rentals for this condo and not the property, the project is out of our control but we do our best to notify renters when it will impact their stay. Thankfully, the work is wrapping up this month and will not be an issue for future renters. Great Ocean front condo

This was our first trip to New Smyrna. The condo was very nice and updated and accurately described on the listing. It has a nice ocean and pool view. One of the pools was even heated. The other people at the facility were mainly owners and they were all so nice and helpful! Great stay!

Good and bad

Condo was updated. Pool area was nice. Beach access easy. Good location. One elevator was broken not good for the amount of people staying. No laundry in condo - no change machine for quarters. Elevators were slow and stifling hot. The charge for a lost pool wrist band is $20! Complete scam.

Cindy, thank you for taking the time to leave a review and for your nice words about the condo. Since we only manage the condo and not the property, we do not have control over their policies and amenity upkeep. If we are made aware of issues such as broken elevators, we are happy to make a call to the onsite management so they can handle the repair quickly. When guests leave the condo with the wrist bands, we are responsible for replacing them for the next arriving guest. The wrist bands are $20 to be replaced by the onsite management. We do not upcharge the cost but there is a charge for missing bands. Broken bands can be replaced for free onsite and we are happy to reverse the missing band charge when they are mailed back to our office. Thankfully, you were able to find the bands that you took home and we were able to refund the charge. All of this information is provided in our rental agreement, arrival instructions, and departure email.
