The building offers Indoor & outdoor heated pools ping pong room arcade room seasonal gift shop (open only in summer) saunas in both restrooms on the second floor and a deli for breakfast and lunch! This lovely 2 Bedroom condo is ready to make your new vacation memories!

$75 Quay resort fee is required and includes indoor & outdoor heated pools, ping pong room, arcade room, and seasonal (summer only) Café and one (1) parking space. Additional spaces are available on a 1st come 1st serve basis at $12/ day or $75 for the week.

Sheet sets include one (1) fitted, one (1) flat sheet and two (2) pillowcases. Twin sheet sets come with one (1) pillowcase. Towel sets include one (1) bath towel, one (1) hand towel and one (1) wash cloth per guest up to the maximum occupancy.

First time visit. Great stay!

The condo listing was very accurate. The only issue we had was that the fridge didn’t get very cold and the freezer didn’t really freeze all the way, including the ice maker not making more ice. However, it was a minor issue and overall the condo was great. The pool and beach were great for my family and the area was very walkable to several restaurants.

Dirty!!!

Pros: indoor outdoor pool and walking distance to the beach. Check in and check out was easy. Cons: DIRTY!!! Our feet were black from how dirty it was!!! There was a “rhoomba” there we ran nonstop and it didn’t really “mop” to clean the floor so it didn’t help with our black feet. We even tried to vacuum but when you turn on the vacuum… the room starts smelling like vomit!!! I’m not sure if it was bec a previous visit vacuumed up vomit??? I left my 3yo and 1yo in socks and took them off before putting them in their beds and the bottom of their socks were black!!! We actually ended up using several socks for us and threw all of them away… it was that gross. The sofas were wet. The bath mats were wet. We were only there 2 nights and we couldn’t sit on the loveseat bec it was wet the whole visit. I’m not sure if just getting a better cleaning crew would improve your visit. If they do improve cleaning - it really was convenient to be next to the beach with littles and having an indoor and outdoor pool for them as well. Maybe it was a fluke and when they “cleaned” they forgot to mop? And def maybe a waterproof sofa cover to change in between guests so the next guests won’t have wet sofas their whole visit.
