About this property

This is an Exquisite Waterfront Property offering 3 impressive levels of living in this 3 bed, 3.5 bath townhouse. Located in the private community of Bethany Marina overlooking the Indian River Bay. This home has 3 large decks where you can enjoy panoramic views of the bay.

The main level includes a half bath, upgraded kitchen and dining area with a breakfast bar looking into the living area. This level leads out to a waterfront deck where you can relax and take in the panoramic views. The lower level offers either a spacious bedroom area with a queen sofa bed or a family room (please note this is an open area with no door), a custom full bath and deck where you can enjoy grilling out (ground floor only) or sunbathing. The third level offers two bedrooms and two full bathrooms. The fabulous master suite offers a queen bed and private balcony with Adirondack chairs. The other bedroom has a queen sized bed and day bed with pull out trundle (twin).

Amenities include a fully equipped kitchen, 4 cable TVs, Free Wifi, Washer/Dryer, Charcoal Grill, 2 adult bikes, tricycle, board games, beach toys, beach chairs (4), umbrella, body board, and beach caddy to help you transport items on and off the beach.

Located in the private community of Bethany Marina overlooking the Indian River Bay. Community pool available Memorial day to Labor Day. We are minutes away from downtown Bethany Beach, state parks, and an abundance of restaurants. Big Fish, Cedar Land and Sea, and Bethany Brewery are all under 1 mile.

Beach Stay 2022 now in the Books!

First time for this rental unit, but not for this marina neighborhood. We have stayed in the marina community during other beach trips. This marina is very nice and is a view worthy stay for any family and their friends. This rental unit does not have a 3rd private bedroom on the street level/first floor as many of the other condos in this community have, but it does have a sofa bed on the first floor, just not very private. My only major compliant would be that it was not very clean... which was a big concern for me when considering to rent in this unit in the future, especially when you are charged a cleaning service fee with your booking.

Perfect Get Away

Beautiful home. Very clean upon entering rental. The water view was such a treat every morning and evening. Neighbors were friendly. Nice quiet town, close to shops and restaurants. Beach was a short drive, paid parking everywhere. Beach was a bit crowded but you could rent chairs and umbrellas if needed. We went to a small bay beach one day which was nice to relax and be away from the crowds. Rental was well stocked and organized. Lots of space. Access to the pool which was never crowded. Only hiccups were that the listing doesn’t include the unit number. And it is listed as 3 bedrooms when there is only 2. The 3rd bedroom was the 1st floor living room/den that exits to the dock with a pull out couch. We enjoyed our stay and would love to come back again soon.

Relaxing Christmas Break

We had a wonderful and relaxing time at Nicole's property. She is a wonderful host and extremely attentive to every detail in the home. The kitchen was so well stocked that I was able to make bread pudding and other goodies for the family. I could not recommend this property more highly!!!

Wonderful Week

This property is in a great location and has all the amenities needed for a family, bikes, pedal kayaks and a boat slip out the back door which we used daily. Nicole’s property was very clean with a well stocked kitchen. High speed internet and TVs with premium channels throughout the home.

Great outdoor spaces!

The three outdoor decks and dock were a definite highlight providing a great view of the bay. We loved watching the osprey and herons, especially the green herons that visited the dock in the mornings. The kayaks and bikes were fun to have, although we didn't use them as much as we thought we would because of the heat wave. The crab pot was fun to check multiple times a day too. The property owner is super responsive. While we brought everything from home just in case, we were so pleased to find pump hand soap in all the bathrooms and kitchen--especially with the pandemic and shortages at the stores on those items. Thanks for a great stay.
