Updated Condo @ Schuss Mt., Pool outside the front door and golf/skiing in back

Sudendorf has its own heated pool for great summer family fun and it is right outside your front door. Outside the back door is the pin to the second green of the Schuss Mtn. Golf Course for the summer and a groomed cross country ski trail for winter fun. Shanty Creek and the surrounding area has a lot to offer visitors in any season.

This is a great condo for a family vacation. The unit has been completely updated. The first floor has a fantastic full kitchen with a central island well suited for gathering and serving. The granite countertops and updated ss appliances will make you feel right at home. The living room features a sleeper sofa, a hart warming wood stove for the colder season and a nice plasma TV with DVD player. The unit is equipped with cable servicing the 1080 flat screen tvs in each bedroom / living room(4 total). WIFI is also supplied. The first floor also has the master bedroom with a king bed and full size washer / dryer.

The upstairs can be split from the downstairs and rented separately. The upstairs has a kitchenette with a loft that sleeps 4 and another bedroom with a queen that sleeps 2. The full bathroom is updated as well. The upstairs and downstairs each have there own locks.

There are exterior cameras only that monitor the property for security.

Winter getaway

Goal was a ski getaway with teenagers but even with only 3 runs open, we still had a great time. Plenty of space for all of us and if the back side slopes were open we would have walked to Ivan’s and to hang out. Brenda was fantastic!
