House in gated community, with security 24hrs, a few meters from the beach of Ipióca, approximately 25km from the center of Maceió. House has four bedrooms, two suites, a social bathroom, a living room, a kitchen, a barbecue, large garden, shower and pool. It has a club with two pools, one for adults and one for children. Quiet and family atmosphere. Kitchen with freezer, fridge, six burner stove, microwave, sandwich maker, etc.
