Stay in this beautiful 3.5-BR/3Bath, 4-story townhome, one of the Market Street Penthouses at Cinnamon Shore North. With gorgeous details and private entry with elevator, the gorgeous residence is close to on-site eateries, Town Center activities, and Stillwater Pool.

AMENITIES: At North, Resort-style amenities include three lavish pools, two scenic lakes, a fishing dock, fire pits, a fitness center, private dune crossovers, lawn games, a pirate ship playscape, and more! Enjoy on-site restaurants such as a Mediterranean bistro and a pizzeria, a coffee shop and café, while the Town Center hosts events, activities, and live music in peak season and on holiday weekends.

MAIN LIVING SPACE: The 3rd-floor welcomes family and friends to a gorgeous, open-concept living space under high ceilings. It combines a comfortable family room, a dining area with round table for five, and lovely kitchen. Enjoy the extra space for meal prep on the kitchen island, where you can chat with guests sitting in three, bar-height chairs while you work. Stainless appliances, a built-in microwave, and stylish design elevate the space.

SLEEPING QUARTERS:

Another king bedroom on the second floor features more shiplap detailing and nautical stripe, upholstered headboard. Palm print curtains pull closed for privacy. Great last minute summer close out trip

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was our first time at cinnamon shores. It did not disappoint. We are already looking forward to planning our next trip but are definitely staying longer next time. We planned this trip last minute for the last weekend of summer before school started. We will do a week next time.

Great house for families

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This townhome worked well for our group which consisted of 6 adults and 3 babies/toddlers. We appreciated that all couples had king sized beds and large bathrooms. The kids weren’t old enough to use the bunk room or game loft but these were great touches for older kiddos. Since this was a 4 story townhome, the elevator was essential for hauling bags/coolers up and down between the third floor living room and kitchen and the front door. It would have been nice to have some gates to block off the stairwells from the little kids. We used big coolers to create barriers but definitely something to keep in mind/bring. The balconies are quite small so we weren’t able to all be outside at the same time. Also the kitchen could have used some additional pots/pans and other necessities. When they say to bring spices, oil, foil, etc. definitely do. Overall we enjoyed our stay but would probably choose to stay in a regular house next time.

Room for improvement

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We’ve visited Cinnamon Shore many times and unfortunately this was the first stay that wasn’t up to their typical standard. Little things like the ice maker didn’t work, remotes were missing batteries, no beach towels, and the space is smaller than the pictures appear. The most disappointing was a smell that started in the stairwell between the 2nd and 3rd floor. It’s right above Dylan’s so that could be why. But it was strong enough that no one wanted to sleep in the 3rd floor bedroom. Also there really isn’t anywhere to store beach gear. We were given a key that opened nothing, I tried the storage closet and even the front door. We didn’t complain during the stay because it was short and didn’t want to use our vacation dealing with it. I can’t honestly say I would book this unit again.

Staff Issues

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house itself was fine, but we were highly disappointed by the staff. We called the day before to confirm everything was good to go, but the phone just kept ringing. We showed up at 4:45PM for a 4PM check in time to find that it would be about 5 more minutes because the unit was still being inspected. Good thing we were delayed by traffic and didn't show up right at 4. We then checked in and promptly found that there were two empty beer bottles on our balcony after being delayed because of the inspection. At this point, not a huge deal but not a great start. We then went to search for a grill to cook our dinner that night. My husband went to the front office to ask where the closest one would be and they proceeded to tell him that our unit is supposed to have one included and that was strange. They then got him a map and highlighted the areas that public ones should be since we didn't seem to have one. All of the highlighted locations were incorrect and by that time we just went and bought a small grill to use. We texted the front office about it on Friday morning at 9AM and never received a response. I then texted again that afternoon around 2:30pm to let them know our kitchen sink handle was broken and the exhaust fan in the upstairs bathroom was not working. I then received a text back with a generic answer saying there are community grills we could use and that the maintenance request had been put in. No one ever showed to look at either item. Again, not a huge deal but everything added up and the lack of response made it way more frustrating. We ended up using a grill that was by another condo Friday night since our little grill was so hard to cook on so we ended up working it out. I got a text the day after we checked out asking if we were ever able to locate the grills and proceeded to imply that we were fine since "someone" was using a grill near our condo Friday night. The complete lack of regard for the minor situation turned it in to a much bigger deal

We loved the location close to town center- and right above the pizza and coffee shop! The property was clean, well appointed and in immaculate condition. Everything we needed was there. We loved the entire property and community and can’t wait to stay again!

Wonderful Vacation with a Few Hiccups

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall, I would recommend Cinnamon Shore as a great vacation spot. We did experience a few hiccups while we were there though. Many things in our condo weren't functioning. The plugs in the bunk room weren't working so the first night was difficult as we needed to set up a white noise machine and night light for our boys and weren't able to. Several bedroom doors wouldn't close. The fans in the bathrooms weren't working. The front door keypad didn't work. The internet was intermittent. The handle on the kitchen sink faucet fell off. CS was fairly quick to remedy most of these situations by sending maintenance over. However, the bathroom fans and kitchen sink faucet were never fixed, and the internet remained spotty. The second main issue we had was with the pools. One of the best parts of Cinnamon Shore if you have kids is the pools. Mornings are great for the beach since you have a good chunk of time to go set things up, play, and then go home. After naps in the afternoon, the pools are usually perfect. However, all of the pools on the property were unbearably hot. I would guess they were around 100 degrees and in no way refreshing. It felt better to be out of the pool water, in fact. Last year, we didn't have that problem when we visited in June, so maybe July isn't the best time to go to Cinnamon Shore. And I do realize it's probably going to be one of the hottest summers on record so some of that is out of CS's control. But if we're paying the amount we paid to stay there, I would expect them to do whatever is necessary to make the pools more pleasant. Whether that be refreshing the water or adding pool chillers. Hopefully these issues can be fixed in the future. Our kids still had an excellent time, I just don't think we'll be returning during the months of July or August since the pools are too hot to be an option.

Centrally located but terrible odor

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Centrally located in the town square above the retail/restaurant. Will visit cinnamon shores again but would not stay in this townhome again, and would not recommend to friends. You could hear the loud music playing below our bedroom every night until past 11 pm and the bedroom smelled of cigarette smoke. Management was notified of both issues during our stay but nothing was done. To make it worse, after departure all of our belongings soaked up the smell of smoke and had to be fully cleaned. Management returned our cleaning fee after a long discussion, but it still made our stay in the townhome very unpleasant.

Once Upon a Tide Condo-Summertime!

This is the first time we have stayed during summer and all of the activities they offer are fantastic. From the smores, music and movie nights, there was always something for the teenagers in our group of 11 to do if they wanted. There area is safe and the staff is FANTASTIC. Always nice and willing to help. There were a few little things like the dishwasher did not work very well, the WIFi/internet in king bedroom by the stairs needs a booster, and no batteries in remote for loft game TV. But we did enjoy the condo and the overall experience.

Great Memorial Day Stay

Moving into the house we were very grateful for the elevator. The main bedrooms are on level 2. There's one bedroom on level 3 and it shares a bathroom with the kitchen and living space. Something to note is the bunkroom does not have their own private bathroom or any privacy. It wasn't a big deal, our older girls changed in our room. Overall great stay, awesome location and I'd stay here again!

Location inaccurate & bad smell

I’m very disappointed in the inaccurate location of the unit in the listing, the lack of response from VRBO support, and the smell in the unit. This unit is overpriced for its actual location in the neighborhood—they are charging more for this unit due to indicating that it is located mid-community with equal walking distance to beach and community center. This unit is actually at the very front of the community with a much longer walking distance to beach. The community manager on site said there was nothing they could do since I booked through vrbo. Vrbo never responded to my message. The unit also smells like stale cigarette smoke. It smelled faint when we were in the unit, but when we got home and unpacked our clothes REEKED of stale smoke. DO NOT book this unit. They are charging mid-community location price for a unit at the top of the community, and your belongings will come home smelling like smoke (from a unit that is supposed to be non-smoking unit).

Cinnamon Shores summer trip

The weather was a bit rainy but other than that, the house was immaculate and the property we stayed in was in close access to the pools and the beach. We will definitely go back next summer.

Awesome Stay but smelled like smoke

A perfect break during a time of COVID

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was our family's first escape during COVID, and we came to Cinnamon Shore in hunt of our own vacation property. We're sold!The only real issue is this property left a smell on all of our stuff when we left, that, to be honest, smelled like cigarettes. I realize this not necessarily the owners or the rental company's fault and could have been the tenants staying before us, but it was something that soured my experience a little when we got home and had to air out all our luggage in our garage for a few days.

There was a lot of debris in the sand. Neither of these things was the fault of cinnamon shore. Overall we still had a good time being together as a family.

Great getaway!

Fully stocked kitchen with both a keurig and regular coffee pot. Convenient location to Dylan’s pizzeria and Lisabellas. Because the property was a little walk to the beach we rented a golf cart. At $100/day it was a little pricey but very worthwhile. Would stay here again

Great location

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We really enjoyed our week at Cinnamon Shores and this vacation rental was very nice. The location is great, just across the street from the main lawn, above the market and restaurants and an easy golf cart ride to the beach. The house was clean and ready for us when we arrived. The only things we weren't happy about was the construction (stone work) going on up the side of our house the entire stay. It was a hazard to get in and out of the door, very noisy starting at 8:30am every morning and just a mess walking through all of it with our luggage and beach gear everyday.
