Come enjoy this amazing waterfront property with over 2,000 square feet of outdoor living space. Enjoy panoramic views of the Great Peconic Bay. Wake up to the sound of the surf gently lapping the shore only steps from your own private beach. This is your chance to be the first to enjoy this hidden GEM!

Just steps from the Great Peconic Bay. This cozy, private getaway is like having your own private Beach. The beach cottage consists of two bedrooms, one bath, kitchen, dining room, and a great room with a queen sleeper sofa and sweeping views of Peconic Bay.

Walk out of any of the three sliding glass doors and enjoy over 2,000 square feet of outdoor living. All with water views and steps away from a private beach. Step out of the house to a large deck which runs the width of the house. Here you can enjoy barbequing , outdoor dining and incredible views of the Great Peconic Bay.

Step down off of this deck to a stone path which passes through a lovely garden area and ends up at another 15' x 15' deck. This deck is less than 50' from the water. From here you can relax, eat, enjoy a refreshing cocktail, and soak up the sun, incredible views and all of the activities on the beach and bay.

If you want to get even closer to the action. Just walk down the wooden stairway to the bulkhead patio. Here you can lounge just feet above the beach. This is the perfect place to enjoy a beautiful sunset (and happy hour) before you get ready for dinner.

From here you are just steps from the beach itself. When you are ready just head down for a refreshing dip or a relaxing walk. Then set up your beach chairs, umbrella, and your cooler (of course) and enjoy beach life. Maybe you'd like to take a short walk down the beach to Joe's Tiki Bar, where you can enjoy a beverage, light seafood, and some really good live music. Or if you are the more adventurous type ... enjoy any of the endless water activities you can imagine. You will see speed boats, sail boats, wind surfers, an occasional kite surfer, kayakers, all sorts of floats, and ... paddle boarders. Or maybe you prefer a short drive to the North Fork and its wineries & breweries, or a day trip to Easthampton, Sag Harbor or Montauk.

Amazing location!

The house was clean and the location was magnificent. Jake was great, offered us early check in and late check out. The neighborhood was lovely, walked my pup and admired all of the beautiful homes. Definitely will stay there again.

Perfect Beachfront Getaway

We stayed here for my wife’s birthday with our dog. The property is perfect for a cozy getaway and you could not be closer to the beach. A convenient drive to anywhere in the Hamptons. Doug was a very communicative host. This place is gorgeous and we would definitely stay here again!

amazing place

absolutely amazing location! we had a wonderful time, the beach was perfect, especially with little kids, the house was cozy and had everything that we needed. Doug was very helpful, he even got us an umbrella for the lower terrace which I asked for before we arrived! he also replaced another umbrella that broke during our stay. he is very friendly and accommodating . overall we absolutely loved our stay here and only wish we could stay longer. my 5 year old is now obsessed with sunsets, we watched one every night from the terrace

Great location - not great house

The location of this house is perfect - as advertised - with direct bay beach access and views. Unfortunately - the house itself is run down - the small kitchen in particular desperately needs sprucing up. The house was adequate - clean (although ample mouse droppings in kitchen closet that were clearly not cleaned) - garbage cans outside entrance were full when i came and throughout week - smelled in the heat. Owner seems to invest bare minimum to maintain house and it shows.

I apologize for the garbage but in all fairness pickup is once a week and unfortunately Kathy arrived just before pickup and it was a hot part of the summer - so my apologies for that. Regarding the house - It is a comfortable waterfront beach house and is perfect for someone looking to spend time at the beach at a reasonable price. The house is not advertised as new construction or newly remodeled. So, if that is what you are looking for, this is not the right house for you. Regarding Kathy, she seemed to be a somewhat unhappy and grumpy person as confirmed by my neighbors. Anyway, Kathy I wish you the best. Oh, and Kathy asked me for a discount - which I gave her and adjusted my minimum stay requirements to accomodate her - What can you do!

Sunsets On the Beach

We had a great relaxing early June getaway at this property located right on the Peconic Bay beach in Hampton Bays. the house is right on the beach with three decks at different level overlooking the beach and expansive Peconic Bay. The beach is almost private with few folks not living in similar beach homes. The house is cozy and clean-access to both Hampton Bays businesses/restaurants and Southampton as well is easy and quick. We plan to return.

Lovely Beach Cottage

My husband and I had the most divine time at this lovely beach cottage. It was the perfect escape for us....we enjoyed every moment from the long walks on the beac, steps away from the house, dining and working on the decks, gorgeous sunsets and the ability to dip into and out of the bay at any moment...we couldn’t have asked for a more perfect stay.
