Capital City Condo #1 close to Interstate, Water Park, Restaurants and Shopping

Light and airy newly renovated one bedroom condo in our states capital. Lots of space abounds in this unit. Rooms are large with lots of storage! New queen size bed in pull out sofa for extra bodies that may accompany you. Granite and stainless steel in the kitchen, new tile in the bath. Internet TV in the living room with the highest speeds for movie watching. A nice wide bank of windows give plenty of daylight while looking out over the courtyard.

Just steps from local restaurants, such as Mexican and Pizza joints, grocery store, gym and barber.

Directly across the street is Juniper Hills Golf Course and newly built Water Park.

Only 1 mile to I-64, the Airport, Walmart and a plethora of eateries. Come and enjoy all that Frankfort has to offer.

We had a nice stay, the managers were great. This is an older property and things break. We were able to get help when needed. We stayed 5 nights and could have used more towels and paper goods, but the bed was comfortable and it was a pleasant stay and experience.

We checked in around 5 PM and we vacated the property around 10:30 when we realized how dirty it was and we found multiple live bugs and spiders in the property. The owners offered to have a Cleaner come out the next morning, but that was not a good solution. The property should’ve been cleaned prior to us getting there.

Matthew sent a photo of one bug. We were not informed of any other bug(s) during his stay. We offered for cleaning to come back immediately as he did send a photo of the fridge not being cleaned the greatest. I do agree with that. We tried to make our guest comfortable and address their concerns but they did decide to cancel their stay. Upon entering the unit the next day, the cleaners did remove about half a big of trash and all the towels were used. I did find it interesting that one of their cleanliness complaints was the bathroom but they used it extensively during their stay. Sometimes it’s tough deciphering guests complaints. The unit was cleaned prior to arrival.
