This charming ranch style home features a large gathering room, spacious seating at the dining table and a roomy kitchen with granite countertops. It is less than 20 min from the airport, and 5 min to Main Street fine dining. Not much further is the Swamp Rabbit Trail, well known and loved by bike riders of all ages. All major arteries of transportation are conveniently nearby. All guests will enjoy the spacious covered and screened-in porch and the private fenced backyard, as well as a storage unit for bikes and other recreational gear one may want to protect from the elements.

The home is tastefully furnished, and supplied with spa quality amenities. It is a low allergen house with hard surfaces throughout. The owners are allergic to both dust mites and skin irritants, so care is given to lower the incidence of common allergens. For that reason absolutely NO pets are allowed.

The house has two off street parking spaces. Nearby there is a Neighborhood Walmart, and a Publix, and a Harris Teeter just down the road. The checkout cleaning is included in your fee, however there are required cleanings every 2 weeks. The first 2 week cleaning is complementary. For guests who stay 6 or more weeks, there will be an additional cleaning fee which varies depending on time required to clean, but won’t ever exceed $150.
