Very good location great view from the living room. Close to everything , property is well maintained and was a pleasure to stay there.
We spent 5 days in the unit. It is centrally located with beautiful views from the big balcony. Everything was right at our doorstep. The unit was clean and very quiet. I would highly recommend anyone to stay there. A definite five star holiday.

The unit is in a great location with beautiful views and security entry. We have stayed in this property a number of times over the years and have seen small attempts to modernize it. It desperately needs to come into 2026 now. Carpet is very stained and furniture dated and very used. A new fridge was a pleasant surprise. Our arrival we were disappointing however as we did not receive instructions from Lifestyle Real Estate in regard to the key access, therefore embarrassingly standing in Clarance Street calling the emergency number which was not answered. Pretty disappointing. Had to call one of their salespeople to get the message across. Also, no follow up after turning up at the office on Monday for an explanation. Only after an email two weeks later did we get an apology

we stayed 6 nights at Sundial unit 602. the location was walking distance to everything, resturants, clubs, shops, town centre. the unit block was quiet and clean with secure parking. have highly recommended this property to friends.only down side was lounge was uncomfortable and the carpet needs replacing.

Excellent location. Spotlessly clean. Fully equipped kitchen, everything you need and more. Accurate property description. Pubs, clubs, restaurants all within easy walking distance. Highly recommend Cafe 66, Zahara Restaurant (Turkish), Westport Bowling Club (great food + Jimmy's Bar). Frankie's for great breakfast. Have stayed there before & will certainly return. Staff at Elders very friendly & helpful.
This was a most unsatisfactory experience all round.
The keys were not made available until 2 hours after when we were told. So we were late for an important function. There was a very begrudging apology. The carpet was old and dusty as were the curtains. There were old rusty vases with old dusty dried flowers. The mattress protectors and pillow protectors and bedspreads were grimy. The fridge was old and rusty and the oven dirty. Beware all guests: bring your own sheets, towels, soap, There is no wifi. The kitchen cupboards are dared, dowdy and chipped. The cushions on the cane furniture were either needing recovering or washing.
Great little unit, close to the main streets. One disappointing thing was the height 175 cm restriction to the garage door. At 185 vm l couldn’t get my 4wd under cover.
