- The apt has a great location, near the center (10min to 15min walk), 2km to Maria Fumaça, 5km to Vale do Vinhedos (including a beautiful view of the valley - 10th floor), 4km to Fundaparque and 300m to the bus station. Close to market, pharmacy and bakery.
- The apartment can comfortably accommodate 2 people in the room with possibility of 2 more people in the extra double mattress in the room WITH ADDITIONAL PRICE OF R $ 50,00 PER PERSON / DAILY;
- There are possibilities of preparing your meals with basic kitchen utensils, such as pots, cutlery, crockery, sandwich maker and blender. We also provide basic items for dishwashing: detergent, sponge, dish cloth.
