Mediterranean Luxury Villa

The villa is a 160 square meters fully independent and private space separated by 2 floors. In the ground floor there is a fully equipped kitchen which has everything you shall need during your stay, a large living room with a huge couch and a stunning 65” smart TV, a classic dining area with modern touches where you can enjoy a family, as well as, a romantic meal and the WC. Moving on upstairs, you will find our beautiful and modern bedrooms as well as, the complete bathroom. Each bedroom has a large comfortable double bed that offers an amazing sleep. In addition, you can enjoy a beautiful sunrise or a sunset from our balconies. Outside the villa, there is a front-yard and a back-yard. In the front-yard you can enjoy a lovely breakfast next to our beautiful garden, you can relax in our jacuzzi or you can swim in our pool. In the backyard you will find the barbeque and the private parking area. Everything is selected carefully for your ultimate relaxation.

The area

Apart from the high-quality accommodation, Mediterranean Luxury Villa is ideally located. It is in a quiet residential area in which you can find anything you might need during your holidays in a walking short distance. Greek restaurants, organized beaches, supermarkets, 24h minimarket, lounges by the sea, bar restaurants with swimming pool, car rental companies, travel agencies, pharmacies, gas stations, ATMs and many other shops are really close to the villa. You can also enjoy a romantic walk on the beach admiring the sunset. Additionally, the town of Rhodes is just 10 kilometers away. In the broader area of Ialisos you can visit the famous Filerimos mountain which has a great history, amazing hiking paths and an absolutely unforgettable view from the peak. When it comes to the beaches of Ialissos, it can’t be unsaid the perfect climate of Ialisos for windsurfing. Overall, Mediterranean Luxury Villa offers an outstanding price/quality ratio.

Beautiful stay in Rhodes

My family and I had a great stay in Rhodes. The property is very clean, and a backyard is wonderful to spend quality time with the family. We really enjoyed our stay. The owner is very responsive and is easy to work with. The only drawback - property has 1 full bathroom, which proved to be inconvenient for a larger party.

absolutely beautiful property

this property is the best property on the island .i have been to rhodes greece for 37 years on holiday and this property is in great location . the property is at a 5 star plus more . and for added bonus the property owners are nice and friendly people .who will help and attend to your needs at anytime . if you go too rhodes this property should not be over looked . from when you first make contact with the owner and tell when you are leaving the whole process is stress free .inside the propety is immaculate . clean rooms clean bathrooms , it really is beautiful inside and outside .

Excellent

First class experience with every aspect. Communication before and during our stay arrival was exemplary. The villa itself was exactly as the pictures suggested. The house is located in a quiet area and essential services are located nearby, practically within walking distance. We probably would have been fine with public transportation, but I still recommend renting a car. Own quiet swimming pool area. Kitchen with comprehensive appliances and, in addition, cooking utensils in good condition, which is not always the case. This villa is easy to recommend.

Just AMAZING!!!!!

What can I say....the experience was fantastic from start to finish. The property is immaculate and spacious, and very clean. You have everything you could possibly need whilst on holiday. The communication with the family that own the property is 5*, they are the loveliest people you will meet, and will help you with all your needs. The pictures online do not do the property justice. This place is gorgeous. Massive TV in the lounge with Netflix etc.. and excellent Wifi. You are very local to all amenities, including the local sports bar,for football fans, the beach, lovely church's and bigger supermarkets if you would like to stay in and cook. The local bakery is great, smells fantastic, but get there early! Chemist five minutes away also. Take a trip up to the mountains......lots of Peacocks and history. There are lovely restaurants too....Greek food is great!! There is lots to do to fill the day, or just relax. Back to the villa...I'm rating it 5*, and I have stayed in villas all over the world. I'm definitely going back next year for the Festival of Maria/Madonna.....even if you are only slightly religious, it's so much fun, with singing and dancing, and fireworks and visiting amazing architecture in the churches! Rhodes has it all...I don't think you will find a nicer villa to stay in, in that area. Superb....I love it! And the hospility from the owners was great! Last but not least...They have lovely soft bedding and fluffy towels.

perfect!!

Having rented villas for 25 years, this one has been exceptional. The owner collected us from the airport, took us to his beautiful villa where fresh food and drinks awaited us. We were brought fresh eggs for breakfast, even a meal on our day of leaving. I can’t rate this villa and it’s owner any higher, we will definitely be back!
