Stormbird Retreat -Walking distance to beach, Shops & Pub - Off Peak Special!

STORMBIRD RETREAT is a modern 4 bedroom holiday home that accommodates up to 8 guests, within walking distance to beach, shops and hotel.

Open plan kitchen with dishwasher, fridge/freezer, microwave, electric oven, gas stove top, dining, lounge with TV, DVD, split system reverse cycle air-conditioner.

Main bedroom with ensuite and TV, split system reverse cycle air-conditioner, bedroom 4 also has a TV, main bathroom with vanity, shower over bath, separate w/c, laundry with front loading washing machine and dryer.

Under cover deck with outdoor setting, hooded gas BBQ and TV.  Plenty of room for parking and the boat.

Port Vincent is the ideal location for fishing, boating and sailing, it also offers a variety of shops, cafe`, take-away & excellent hotel dining facilities.

Pillows and quilts are provided you will need to bring your own linen - pillow cases, top/bottom sheets, towels/bath mat and tea towels.

Bed configuration - bed 1 - queen, bed 2 - queen, bed 3 - double, bed 4 - 2 singles.

Linen can be hired - $38.50 for double/queen per bed, $27.50 for single per bed. Linen includes pillow cases, top/bottom sheets, 1 towel per person, 1 bath mat per bathroom and tea towels, beds will be made up for your arrival. If you would like to hire linen you will need to let office staff know and total cost will be added to your booking manually by office staff.

NO PETS - this includes visiting pets, any pets sighted at property will result in loss of bond

15% discount on off peak nightly tariff for bookings 3 nights or more

Peak - 24th Dec to end of Jan school holidays and Easter: 4 night minimum stay

High - all other school holidays plus long weekends: 3 night minimum stay
$170 per night

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This property is in a quiet backstreet and spacious with four bedrooms.Unfortunately the outside looks unloved with the house needing painting and repair and the decking and steps also run down. The lawn was overgrown and outside bedroom windows need a clean . The inside was nicely cleaned . The bbq took a lot of cleaning before we could use it. Checkin with key safe was easy. Tv reception was good and easy walk to the beach.

Very happy staying at this property, everything that you need to make a great vacation at Port Vincent, spacious enough for the 6 adults we had, easy walking distance to beach, shop and hotel, backyard deck with tv and fan was a bonus for relaxing on a warm evening playing cards or having tea

A cozy family retreat

The place was just nice for a big family retreats. The unit is very spacious and plenty of sittings for everyone to sit back comfortably. Nice back yard with a huge deck for outdoor dining and BBQ.

The spark button isn’t working so had to go and by some matches. The DVD player I. The living room isn’t working. Took a while to remove a sticky dvd from the machine but still wouldn’t play any other. Just to make the owner aware of these issues so the next person as a trouble free stay.
