Summary:
Gorgeous cottage on the beach side of the Great Ocean Road.
The Space:
This light-filled, cosy beach cottage is set on a fully fenced, large block in a quiet street on the ocean side of The Great Ocean Road. Just a three-minute walk to Sandy Gully Beach and the stunning cliff top walking trail, it offers the perfect location for a summer holiday or winter retreat. The two bedrooms are comfortable and light, with the master overlooking the back yard. The family bathroom has a shower over a large bath complete with grab rails, and a second toilet is situated at the back of the house. The bright and airy open plan living area has three couches and a comfy window seat that offers the perfect place to curl up with a book. Wraparound louvred windows allow the cooling sea breeze and the scent and sound of the ocean to waft throughout the house, while the songs of the birds in the native garden adds to the soundtrack of a quintessentially Australian holiday. The funky 60's kitchen overlooks the fully fenced back yard complete with a gas BBQ and small patio area with outdoor setting. The paved driveway offers off street parking and can accommodate two cars. This property considers pets upon request and has a secured backyard.
