Hi Matt,
Thank you for your review after staying at the lovely Banool Road. You had some great weather while you were here so you would have made full use of the balcony I hope. There's nothing quite like waking up to blue water views, you really know you're on holidays. We hope to see you again sometime soon.
Kindest regards,
Carolyn
Gorgeous property with a fabulous view. Great play area outside, deck and a really comfortable house. My husband, little boys and I would love to return, an incredibly peaceful area.

Hi Kawa,
I am not certain what property you are reviewing as the booking is not under your name and you were clearly just a guest at the property. I do hope you enjoyed you stay.
Regards,
Surf Coast Holidays
The property was great for what we needed. We did think it was expensive given there was no linen provided, and to be asked to sweep floors and put the bins out and clean was pushing the value. Also there were a lot of emails with a lot of property rules which did take the shine off the experience.

Fantastic Property!!
Stayed at this property for a quiet girls weekend away. Walked in to be in awe of the amazing view from the property! We literally could stand there just watching the ocean for hours. Perfect for a cuppa and to relax! Such a cosy property, light the fireplace at night and enjoy some games. We bought our own, but there are also heaps in the house! All the cooking facilities you could want plus the ease of a dishwasher. Comfortable, clean beds and close to other local attractions, we took a quick drive down to Erskine falls for a morning trip and were back for lunch.
We would happily stay again and are looking at dates to book it again! So impressed for the very fair price too! Fantastic!

We have stayed at this property 4 times now. Always enjoy our stay, comfortable beds and well stocked kitchen for eating at home. View and fireplace lovely for the winter, we hope to continue visiting. Our primary age kids always enjoy the getaway here too.

House was clean and had everything we needed, plenty of space for the whole family. We were using this as a base while at Junior State Lifesaving Champs in Lorne so didn’t have time to use all the facilities at the property so would like to go back just to relax and enjoy.
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this beautifully appointed, well equipped and comfortable home. The balcony aspect is gorgeous with views to the ocean and we had regular visits from the local birds. The beds are very comfortable and our young adult children enjoyed the outdoor hot showers after surfing and swimming at Fairhaven Beach. The kitchen is well equipped and very functional. Aireys Inlet is a short walk away and highly recommend The Lighthouse tea rooms for great coffee!

Fantastic location - walking distance to the beach. Close to everything in Airey’s inlet/great eateries, well equipped with everything you could need for 2 families. The house was very clean and comfortable with a lovely view. We were even lucky enough to be visited by some of the local birds. We would definitely come again

The property has been nice and located in nice location, but the customer service we have received from the property manager was very poor.
The curtain rod in one of the bedrooms has been installed poorly, it was obvious ( captured in photos) that installer tried 3-4 positions and finally not installed it on a stable stud. The curtain rod dropped on my head and caused injury while I was gently pulling the curtain back to one side to let more light in.
The property manager (without my consent and knowledge) accessed and charged my credit card for damaging the property. She also claimed the flyer screen has been removed which we have clear time-stamped photos with flyer screen in the right place just before us leaving the property.
Her communication has been very rude and not willing to listen to my explanation.

Hi Niloo,
Our cleaner attends the property after every booking and none of the issues you have mentioned were pre-existing. Therefore they have all been made by your party. There was the damage made from the curtain rod being pulled out of the wall, the fly wire screen pulled off its tracks, stains on the cushion and stains on the couch.
This property has been booked solidly for the last couple of months and no one has complained about the “safety issue” you have stated.
As per our terms and conditions if any damage was done the tenant must report this upon departure, which was not done. If you had called the office with your complaint we would have sent the tradesman out immediately to rectify the problem. This was not done. You only told me that the curtain rod fell and hit your head when you walked past it, after you were contacted to pay for the damage.
In the paperwork it also stipulates that if any damage is incurred the monies will be deducted from the stored credit card automatically. This has all been sent to you via email.
I did however call you and tell you this is what I was doing, and there was no reply.
I am sorry if you felt my communication was poor and that I was rude, I was just doing my job in protecting our landlords property.
The condition you left the property was not acceptable and not how we except our tenants to treat our houses. We will not have you rent through us again.
