Situated towards the top of Battye Road, this lovely property has a fantastic balcony which wraps around half of the home to take in the bay views and give you a great entertaining area.

Inside you will find a large lounge/dining/kitchen area fully equipped ready for a long stay. The master bedroom has a queen bed and ensuite, Bedroom 2 is fitted with a queen bed and Bedroom 3 has 2 singles. There is a laundry and family bathroom. Well priced family holiday accommodation or suitable for a group of friends to just get away.

Air Conditioning only no reverse cycle heating. Column heaters at property for guest use.



* A $500 refundable security BOND is required on all bookings & must be received prior to receiving key collection instructions

* Please report any cleaning issues or maintenance on arrival to avoid any responsibility issues on departure     

* Guests are asked to remove all excess rubbish on departure

* Porta Cots & High chairs available for hire through Elders Goolwa

* Quilts with covers and pillows are provided but you will need to bring your own fitted & flat sheets, pillowcases, towels and tea towels or hire them through Victor Linen on 0419 803 769

* We DO NOT accept Schoolies Bookings or group bookings of under 25's

* We have a NO PARTY / BUCKS / HENS / LARGE GATHERING policy at our holiday homes

* Please respect neighbours & keep the peaceful atmosphere of this residential location
