House with 4 apartments, 800m from the sea. This 45m2 apartment caters for couples and families, has a balcony with beautiful sea views and a full kitchen.
Exclusive 45m2 apartment, totally private.
Apartment with sea and mountain views with lots of vegetation, has a balcony with a hammock and table with chairs, living room integrated with the kitchen.
The space
Apart from the apartment, totally independent, we have a space next to nature with hammock to rest and a small roof.
It has a balcony with beautiful views of the sea.
A bathroom without a bath.
In total a room with door.
A queen bed with a single bed, an armchair, TV, ceiling fan.
It has crib, power chair and baby bath.
In the living room sofa bed, single bed, air conditioning, tv, cable tv and wi-fi internet.
Full kitchen.
Washing machine.
Bed linen, towels and covers are provided. beach chairs, cooler.
The ap has windows and doors that circulate the air and leave it well ventilated.
Closed outdoor garage with electronic gate.
It is part of a house of 1000m2, divided into 4 independent aps.
Hosts Victor and Daiana and their children live on site on ap 04 which is also a privately owned and private entrance. This makes it easy for the guest to arrive at any time.
Distance from the beach is 5 blocks, 800m, 8 min. walking. The streets are paved and asphalt. It is a quiet and safe street.
Nearby there are markets, snack bars.
Interaction with guests
We live in the post 04 so it facilitates communication, we are willing to help and resolve doubts.
