Large corner bedroom with a porch and full bathroom attached.
Comfortable King size bed and extra sleeping available on the futon which folds down to a double bed.
Kitchenette with microwave, fridge, toaster oven, coffee maker, tea kettle and plenty of dishes. We provide coffee, and filters.
We tried to think of everything you might need to during your visit.
Private entrance to the Pad with parking close to the door.

This was perfect for the length of my stay. The property manager was very helpful, and when Keith was in town he also made sure to help me with any issues. I would definitely recommend this place, and I would stay here again.

Perfect little bungalow

Sherry & Keith put SO much thought into this little one bed bungalow! From the comfortable king sized bed, futon, mini fridge, microwave, and what appears to be newly remodeled bathroom, etc. this place is perfect! You can tell that they put thought into every aspect of this rental! I will definitely stay here again if I’m ever in the area.

My wife has a private art studio and we own a stencil design business.
We enjoy the beach and piddling in the garage on different projects.
We like watching an occasional movie and love The Voice and American Idol. I enjoy cooking on the grill several evenings a week.

Why they chose this property

We used to drive through this neighborhood after church every Sunday wishing we could one of these houses. There were never any for sale signs. The neighborhood was was so quaint. mature shade trees and black top roads were so inviting. People were always out walking their dogs. It felt like home. So when our house came up for sale we went for it and were able to purchase this house. We've been here 25 years and love it!

What makes this property unique

We fell in love with the huge yard.. We have a full acre with tons of trees. Lots of windows felt so happy and nice breezes blowing through the house.
