This discerning, Platinum townhome includes a gas fireplace and cathedral ceilings in the great room, an updated kitchen, three guest suites, each with an attached, luxurious bathroom, two with king size beds, the third with a queen size bed. Additional features include a fourth bedroom with two twin beds, desk/work space, ceiling fans, laundry room, one indoor parking space and access to ski lockers/boot warmer. This residence is ski-in/ski-out through the building's common area and ski access to the Elkhorn lift is subject to snow conditions.

Guests will appreciate views overlooking the pool, courtyard, slopes and Village from the deck (with gas BBQ), and the convenience of staying in the heart of Beaver Creek Village, with ski-in access from Strawberry Park and ski-out via the skiway to Elkhorn Lift. An outdoor, heated pool, hot tubs, a fitness center and theater with 3D TV and surround sound are also available. Please note that this home does not have air conditioning.

Amazing property and location!

The unit is in the main building on the first floor but there are a few steps leading up to the front. It was spacious and clean. The entry way had lots of room for boots and jackets. The second floor had 2 rooms and a small couch/sitting area. The third and main floor had the kitchen and living areas as well as another bedroom. The fourth bedroom was one more flight up the stairs, which was a little painful at the end of a long ski day. The kitchen was quite well stocked and had a gas range which we loved. My only compliant was the the left front burner was not quite working but we were still able to cook at least one meal every day. There was also a grill on the balcony and we had steaks for dinner one of the nights. The location was excellent with the market just across the lane and the main ski area was a short walk past the ice rink. Overall we had a great trip and would definitely come back again!

Fantastic stay

We had an amazing stay at this condo. Each of the four bathrooms have been very recently renovated and they are all beautiful. Just as another reviewer mentioned, the kitchen was fully stocked, it had everything we needed to prep and cook meals. We even discovered kid utensils, plastic bowls and plates which was great for 2 out of the 3 kids that we had in our party. One negative was that because the kitchen is so well stocked, there is a lack of storage space in the kitchen for food that we bought and wanted to hide away and get off the counters for the week we were there. The living area was large, spacious and had plenty of comfortable seating. The accommodations like the pool and hot tubs were great, we used them every day and because the pool was heated, the kids even swam on a cooler day (in the 60s) while the adults sat in the hot tub. The kids also utilized the media room a couple of different evenings. Without a doubt my family and I would stay at this condo again in a heartbeat. Even little things like plenty of tissues and trash cans were placed all throughout the condo (never hard to find). Obviously, we have plenty of great things to say about this place, you won't be disappointed!
