This was our second stay at this property over the last several years. Everything was as described. We loved our time here and would stay again in the future.
Nice house, great location. Clean and comfy. Coffeepot needs replaced as like others mentioned, it takes about 90 minutes to brew. Would stay here again!
This was a hiking vacation for us. The house was a great location for going to several areas with it being right off the highway. Yet it was very private with it being across the creek with a locking gate!
The house is cozy and well maintained! We would like to stay here again!
Wonderful Place to Stay Away from Hustle & Bustle of Downtown Sedona
The house had all the necessary amenities. We enjoyed the gas fireplace. It was a very quiet and friendly neighborhood, close to Sedona but away from all the traffic and crowds. We enjoyed the grill. It's off the road so very quiet and peaceful. Host was very responsive. No problems getting in; all went well. We would definitely stay here again.
The home was well equipped, clean, and in the perfect location for us to explore hiking in Sedona, the Grand Canyon, and Petrified Forrest National Park. The communication was thorough and timely via email, which was perfect in our opinion.
I would totally stay here again. Shame the road to Sedona was closed. I brought a French press since the other reviews mentioned coffee maker issues and I love my AM coffee. Happy travels!
This property was clean and comfortable for our long weekend in Sedona. It was unseasonably cold and the house kept us warm and cozy. It’s a bit outside of the downtown area which we preferred. The nearby stream was nice to hear from the house and we enjoyed walking the trail beside it. Thanks for a nice stay!
Took my family up for a couple nights stay to celebrate a birthday such an awesome place to go. The property was beautiful. The home was perfect and had all the amenities needed. The home was located right across from the creek in a very quiet neighborhood with beautiful scenery, all around. We look forward to staying here again.

Nice secluded getaway
The house was in a nice, small, quiet, gated neighborhood. You can hear the creek from the front porch. The house was clean and had all the amenities needed. There is a nice coffee shop and deli just out the gate of the neighborhood along with a Dairy Queen down the road a bit. I would definitely stay here again.
I would have liked to talk with Amanda personally but got someone else when I called. Excellent stay and property! Her neighbor stopped by which was nice!

Great Location
We loved our stay at this well-kept home. The location was fantastic. The grounds were lush with trees and very well kept. Walking distance to the creek and hiking. And it’s the perfect location for traveling up and down 89A to check out the variety of creek access points and different activities, we really enjoyed taking our kids to the rainbow trout fish farm. The house had everything we needed, and was the perfect size. Can’t wait to go back.
Beautiful location with view of red rocks and sounds of rushing water from the creek. House is clean and perfect for small family. Nice neighbors. Minutes from Sedona and across the street from cute cafe w/ great breakfast and lunch. Close to lots of hikes in mountains and along the creek. Fireplace wasn’t working and coffee pot was slow- but not deal breakers for us. Recommend!

A beautiful home along oak creek
This home is beautifully decorated and very cozy. Although it is across the street from the creek, you do hear it. Very little highway noise, as it's beyond the creek. Wake up every morning to the sun hitting the red canyon walls visible out one of the living room windows. Go across the highway to Indian Gardens Market for breakfast or lunch, or just a beer on the patio.
We really loved this property, it's a beautiful home, the location was perfect and it was very comfortable, the only problem we had was there was no WIFI. If you decide to stay here, contact the owners to make sure that problem is fixed. It really is a wonderful home and I would love to rent again!
We considered this location to be good for: beautiful scenery, reasonable distance to arts/shopping village, catching the shuttle to popular hikes such as Cathedral Rock & Devil's Bridge, and getting to Airport Mesa. It was a comfortable fit for our family of 4 having 2 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, and a cozy living room space with enough furniture for us all to relax on. The neighbors in this gated community were friendly and welcoming. Would definitely recommend!

Great space, good facilities, private location
Being a private community means it'll be a quiet road, without the hustle and bustle of Sedona (which is not big) and tranquil enough to stand on its own beauty. The driveway is somewhat narrow to back into, so you might have to try a few times, but it's got a one-car garage too, so you can use that if it'll make space. The house itself is big and provides most of the things you'd need for your stay. A lot of the cupboards are empty - but it's got the essentials, so you're in good hands!
Good communication and instructions from the host. The house is well stocked and in a nice, quiet location. The only downside was the drip coffee machine was painfully slow. We had bought ground coffee before we realized how slow it was. Thankfully there was a pod-type single cup machine, so we just needed to make another trip to the grocery store. The beds are firm, but comfortable enough.
