Modern, stylish, open plan living beach house situated within an easy 10-minute walk to the patrolled surf beach and main street of town.

Features include:
- Two separate living areas, both with large TVs. DVD player (please byo DVDs)
- Large kitchen with 900mm oven and cooktop plus a Nespresso coffee machine (BYO Nespresso coffee pods)
- Ceiling fans throughout
- Huge deck overlooking bushland
- Laundry with washing machine and dryer
- Double carport
- Gas BBQ on back deck
- Air conditioning (reverse cycle) in main living area

The master bedroom boasts an ensuite and walk in robe whilst the remaining three bedrooms are serviced by a main bathroom with bath tub, shower and separate toilet.

Indoors and outdoors combine seamlessly with large sliding doors that can be fully opened to create one huge living space incorporating the living room, dining area, kitchen and beautiful back deck. Relax and enjoy your beachside escape with family and friends whilst looking out across natural bushland from the outdoor entertainment area.

Sleeps eight in two x queen size beds and four x single beds.

Please note that (unless specified in the description) our holiday properties are not supplied with linen. Properties are supplied with doonas/doona covers or blankets as well as pillows; however, you will need to BYO or hire linen from our office including: sheets, pillowcases, towels, bath mats, hand towels, tea towels, face washers.

Babies or toddlers sleeping in a portacot or bassinet are not included in the maximum occupancy.

Portacots and high chairs can also be hired at an additional cost.
Please supply your own personal and household items such as washing powder, soap, dishwashing liquid, toilet paper etc.

Great place to stay

The house was spotless. The bedrooms were large and the beds were comfortable. The bathrooms are modern with plenty of storage. The house has a nice layout and is nicely furnished. The kitchen has everything in it that you could want. Plenty of room. Can’t fault the place. Highly recommended.

Home away from home!

Love the house layout, suited out family using front three rooms and relatives shared back master bedroom. So effectively 2 seperate sleeping zones. Also two seperate living, can be closed off. Beautiful bush outlook. Large functional laundry. Convenient location. Walk or short drive to well stocked IGa and town centre, rainbow beach, Carlo sand blow and much more. Easy access to Fraser Island. So very clean! Everything in kitchen was top condition and very tidy, lovely bathroom, deco. Only issue, we were there for 5 night only 👌

The house was well laid out, great having two lounge rooms . However , advertised with two tvs and dvds . Only one dvd attached to the second Tv, but no remote for that , so was useless . Unable to use that TV room for the kids. Had a bbq one night, BBQ was disgusting, we had to clean it thoroughly before using it , and we left it spotless after is . Shame that wasn’t checked before letting the property. Lack of supplies was disappointing too. There were no dishwasher tablets , washing machine liquid … this should be a minimum standard , and shouldn’t be advertised with these things if they can’t be used . Overall we enjoyed the house, and it’s location but the things above really let it down .

Beautiful house in a beautiful location

The house was very spacious and a great location. Loved the view. The only drawback is all the additional requirements. This included the code of conduct which none of our 25 other VRBOs required. Also, we had to hire our linens which also was the only location requiring this. Everything is done at the convenience of the real estate management company. You're also required to wash, dry and put up the dishes.. not just put them in the dishwasher and turn it on. You'll be asked to sweep and vacuum as well. It is a great house, but I was surprised of all the additional requirements not listed on the website.

Amazing location and clean home!

Lovely staff helped us checkin, so close to the town centre easy walk! The house is tidy and clean. Downside is you have to bring your own sheets, washing liquids and cleaning supplies which doesn’t help the checkout process. Would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful house, spacious for 8 people, nice and clean. Kitchen had plenty of plates , cups, containers, serving platters and cooking equipment. Lounge was comfy and big enough to fit everyone around. Would be nice to have an air conditioner in Main bedroom as it gets the western sun and can get hot in there.

Nothing more you could ask for , the property was obviously a new build , squeaky clean , close to everything , quiet location and so comfortable , this will definately be somewhere we will be coming back to with friends for weekend chill outs , so grateful for the opportunity to stay here , thank you
