Beautiful newly renovated house near the center of Itaipava. Perfect place to have a good time with family and friends. There are 6 rooms in total, of which:
03 rooms in the main house with air conditioning / hot air and 03 rooms in the annex with modern ceiling fans.
Room Description:
* 01 suite with double bed (queen);
* 05 rooms with double bed (01 with + 01 single bed);
 In the main house we have large living room, dining room and integrated kitchen. The kitchen is equipped with cooktop, cooker hood, oven, fridge and all utensils (plates, cutlery, glasses). Outside, we have swimming pool, sauna, barbecue, beautiful garden and parking for 20 cars.

A casa é muito boa e confortável.Sala bem ampla, quartos confortáveis e limpos. Área de lazer ampla e boa churrasqueira. Decoração moderna e de bom gosto. A caseira Bruna é super solícita e nos atendeu muito bem antes e durante a nossa estadia. Utensílios de cozinha básicos. Pontos a melhorar: A piscina tinha alguns azulejos quebrados Não tinha muito lugar para sentar no entorno da piscina, somente 2 espreguiçadeiras. O telhado da churrasqueira pinga em chuva forte Teve uma goteira na sala após uma chuva forte Sentimos falta de mais utensílios na cozinha, como recipientes para servir pastinhas e aperitivos, por exemplo. Localização: A casa fica perto do centro, mas os arredores não são muito bonitos. A rua é bem simples e bem movimentada.

Bom custo benefício para grupos

Casa fica bem perto do centro, muito fácil e rápido de chagar, porém é possível ouvir movimento de rua e vizinhos o tempo todo. A cozinha e parte da churrasqueira são ótimas, funcionou muito bem para churrasco e pizza lenha. Sauna, piscina e gramado em bom estado, ótimo para lazer. Quartos sem luxo, mas confortaveis, banheiros um pouco antigos mas limpinhos. Wifi muito bom sinal, vimos jogos de basquete no computador. No geral, uma boa opção para grupos que priorizam convívio nas areas externas e facilidade de acesso pra chegar.

A casa é tudo isso que está na foto mesmo. Área interna ampla e quintal grande com piscina. Super limpa! Fica há poucos minutos de carro dos mercados e do centro da cidade. É uma ótima opção para quem quer passar o final de semana com amigos e familia na serra. O único ponto é que não da para fazer nada andando, mas acredito que todos que vão para essa região vão de carro mesmo.

Aconchego na Serra

A casa é realmente boa, quase toda recém reformada , muito confortavel, com todos os utensílios necessários para a estadia . Lino nos deu todas as dicas necesaarias e a Bruna nos deu toda a assistência. A casa é próxima do Centro, cerca de dez minutos de carro e tem padaria e mercado próximos. Gostamos muito!!!

Desde o atendimento inicial com o Lino, o check-in com a Bruna, tudo correu perfeito. As fotos da casa mostram exatamente o que encontramos lá.
