About this property

Maria's House Palio Tsifliki - Fun Family Home

We offer a fully furnished and equiped fun family home. Guests have exclusive access to the two upper levels of the house. The main level has both a seating and dining area as well as a breakfast nook. There is a guest bathroom available on this level and a fully equiped kitchen. Outside on the balcony there are both seating and dining areas with beautiful ocean views. On the second level there are 3 bedrooms each with queen size beds and one of the bedreooms has an ensuite bath. There is a BBQ in the large fenced in yard as well as a children's play area. Parking for smaller vehicles is available on site whereas larger vehicles can securely park outside the gated property. We live on the ground level apartment with our 2 young daughters and our small dog so we are readily available for anything you would need. You will see us only when you want to.

Sehr ruhige Lage , 5 Minuten entfernt von den ersten Strand. Sauber , immer warmes Wasser zum Duschen und Frau Maria sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Palio Tsifliki and Kavala in general is a magical place. You can have both sea and mountain at the same time. There is so much to explore that you can't possibly get bored.

What makes this property unique

This house has ocean views from every window and every balcony. Sitting on the balcony in the evening you will feel the breeze, watch the moon and enjoy the silence. It is mesmerizing and breathtaking all at once.
