This 4 stories townhouse consist of 2850 SQFT of living space including 4 bedrooms with private bathrooms, total of 4.5 bathrooms, and a walkout basement. 12 Guests easily accommodate over this 4 levels townhouse, Good for family gathering, work retreats. Enjoy the Mountain View!

This townhouse come with a full kitchen and stainless steel appliances with cooking utensils, all the finishing are high end. On second floor, Room 1 has a king size bed, Room 2 has two separate twin XL beds. On third floor, room 3 has a Queen bed, room 4 has two separate twin XL beds. Two sofa beds, located at living room and the basement.
This reservation has a Strict cancellation policy - refunds will be issued up to 60 days prior to the check in date.
A 100% refund is provided for travellers cancelling at least 60 days before check-in. No refunds are provided for travellers cancelling less than 60 days prior to check-in. CanadaStays Booking Fees are refundable if you cancel within 48 hours of placing your booking request.

The perfect stay for large groups wanting to explore the Canmore, Banff and beyond! We had a large group of all ages and the home provided the best landing sport after each days many adventures. Highly recommend staying here!

Communication prior to arrival was clear and prompt. Instructions for arrival and departure were simple and straightforward. The home was perfect for the 4 couples staying. Each had their own bedroom and bathroom. Enough space to eat and play games together. Nice outdoor space on the front and back of property. Heated bathroom floor was a nice perk.

Loved the location, and was really a very comfortable house to stay in. So easy to get into town. Only issue was the listing had included a hot tub, which had been removed. That would have been nice to use after long hiking days.

Great Place in Canmore

We stayed here with two other couples. Worked great. Could have easily added one or two more couples if one couple wouldn't mind a pull out sofa. Extremely clean place, good views. Has everything. We would all stay here again. Manager responded very quickly to any question we had.

Great base for friends' trip for hiking

Lovely 4 bedroom, 4.5 bath townhouse (lots of stairs!) in walkable Canmore. Great location to access Banff National Park, the Kananaskis, Banff. We were 8 friends (3 couples, 2 singles) in our 50's and 60's exploring area. We learned that: we could park 1 car in the garage and 2 tightly parked in driveway; the king beds can become twins. Most neighboring units appear to be rentals; please observe quiet hours. The owner was very responsive when we had small but important property issues. Would book again.

Overall good experience

The location and size of the property was ideal for our group. The best feature was 4 bedrooms each with their own ensuite, which was helpful for 3 families with 4 kids under 2. Unfortunately only one tub worked, but we were not notified of the out of order tub. Our biggest complaint was the AC. Despite being advertised as having AC, the owner kept the temperature at 24 degrees and was able to control it remotely. When we messaged the owner, they said to use the fans provided.

September week in Canmore

We were impressed with this property. It was everything we were looking for. We used Canmore as a base for hiking. Restaurants were found nearby. Everything was found clean. The owner, Zhenbin, very responsive. We needed a couple extra cups and glasses.

Beautiful condo - perfect for group gatherings!

We hosted a friends reunion this past weekend and this condo was the perfect home base for us. It was very clean, spacious, and exactly as the pictures promised. The two couches also pull out so this space can easily accommodate 12 people. The location is great for getting around Canmore — walkable to many locations. We really appreciated the garage parking that is available. Communication with the host was easy. I would absolutely stay here again!

Great family Easter Holiday stay!

Our family really like the place. Walking distance to Canmore town center and attractions, trails close by. We really like bathroom for each room. Showers could have a bit more water pressure. Garage for one car and we fit two cars on the pad. If you have more vehicles there is street parking around the corner but it fills up quite fast in the evening. We really love unobstructed view of the mountains from the top bedrooms facing them, sunsets woke me up pumped up for another adventure and calmed down relaxing in the evening.

Good stay with family!

Overall a good experience. Very roomy. Need a few kitchen items, salad bowls, maybe a non stick fry pan. Extra blankets for the pullouts as well could be added. My communication with the host was good. Quick responses to my questions.

Mercer Unit 7

Property was as described except there was no mention of the fact that the king beds could split into two twins. There weren’t enough blankets and there was not a comforter for the fold out sofa in the family room. The kitchen was roomy but didn’t have a cheese grater, citrus juicer, or enough place mats for the dining table.

Great Townhoue

We loved our stay and the house is great. I highly recommend it. However our group likes to cook dinners and there were no serving or mixing bowls and no food storage containers. So we recommend the owner improve the kitchen supplies or future guests bring your own. Also, I received no check-in email so I had to call VRBO when I arrived and that added some stress to our arrival. Better communication would be helpful. Really nice place and quiet street.

Perfect house in a great location

Even more impressive up close than in the pictures. A perfect location for exploring Banff & Lake Louise. The house is large, clean, well equipped and just right for a family vacation. The few minor issues we raised were dealt with quickly by the host.
