The Space:
Located in a quiet court close to river, shops and a short stroll to the Inlet beach this three bedroom beach house is a wonderful spot to relax and unwind. The open plan living/dining/kitchen flows on to a spacious deck so you can enjoy indoor outdoor living and entertaining during you stay. With an enclosed yard this is a great family friendly holiday home. Aireys Inlet has magnificent scenery and is the home of the Split Point Lighthouse. Settled in a bush setting its beautiful beaches are nestled between rocky cliff tops. Aireys inlet is adjacent to Fairhaven which is ideal for swimming, surfing and offers 8kms of pristine beach ideal for beach walks through Moggs Creek to Eastern View.

Linen is NOT included at this property.
The property will have mattress protectors, pillows and doonas in covers on all beds.
Items you will need to bring are;
- Sheets and pillowcases for all beds you plan to use.
- Bath towels, bath mats and hand towels
- Tea Towels for the kitchen

Great location, great layout. Clean and tidy. The house could do with a paint job, upgraded mattresses, and mowed lawns.

Cute house in great location by the river and within easy walk to the beach. A few issues with the plumbing first couple of days but property manager were quick to get it fixed.

Excellent location, short walk to beach, inlet, park and cafes

A good little beach house in a great location. Restaurants, coffee shops, skate park, playground and the inlet all within a couple of minutes walk. The fact that we could bring our little dog was great, and the fenced in backyard was perfect for him. The house could definitely do with some TLC here and there, looking a little tired (and dirty) in places. Would also be nice to see some basics included, which I would have assumed would be standard - hand soap, dishwasher tablets, salt & pepper etc. We hired linen which was good as it saved us taking it all, but to have the beds made up prior to arrival would have been much better than having to collect it and set it up upon arrival. Besides this, we had a great stay and will definitely return to Aireys one day.

Perfect for a Beach getaway

Lovely tidy property, a very quick walk to cafes and to the beach. Great little contained yard with large sunny deck. Perfect for family getaways. Only complaint is the beds were rock hard.

Great little house in a quiet location. A little worn around the edges but everything you need. Bedroom and bathroom downstairs and two bedrooms and another bathroom upstairs. Kitchen a little plain but more than adequate.
