Its attractive location directly at Lake Maurici and the private boat mooring make it an ideal holiday destination for families, water sports enthusiasts, and those seeking relaxation.

The bright living room with a comfortable seating area and TV invites you to relax, while the separate dining area offers enough space for shared meals. The fully equipped kitchen with 4 hotplates, coffee machine, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, and freezer ensures comfortable self-catering and leaves nothing to be desired.

Upstairs there are two cozy bedrooms with one double bed and one French bed, as well as practical built-in wardrobes. Two bathrooms, each equipped with a shower, sink, and toilet, complete the layout.

A special highlight is the spacious terrace with a private pool, sun loungers, and modern outdoor furniture. From the terrace you can enjoy a beautiful view of Lake Maurici and watch passing boats in a relaxed atmosphere. The private boat mooring directly in front of the house is 7.50 meters long and offers ideal conditions for boating enthusiasts.

A washing machine is also available for additional comfort during your stay.

This is a lovely villa in a beautiful location. Everything you need is available. It's located within easy driving distance of Barcelona, perpignan and many beautiful beaches, towns and villages.

Wij hebben het hier 14 dagen heerlijk naar ons zin gehad. Huis was helemaal top! Ook het zwembad was heerlijk en een prachtig uitzicht op het kanaal. Wel raden wij aan om voor de slaapkamers boven een ventilator mee te nemen omdat de airco beneden. De bovenverdieping niet koelt.
