Regarding paper products, most vacation rental companies provide a starter supply of essentials like toilet paper and paper towels, but guests are responsible for purchasing additional supplies as needed. I don't have any info showing you contacted our team about feeling like there were areas that needed to be touched up, otherwise we would've been glad to have the opportunity to rectify it. Yes, the pool is on the north/northwest side of the building and because the sun is lower in the sky during the winter months, it's early afternoon before it's over the pool. After late March it's over the pool earlier in the day. Thank you again and we look forward to having you stay again in the future.
