The 2-bedroom, 3-bath Lower Beach House apartment occupies the first floor of the property’s namesake villa, Beach House, and is supremely positioned just steps away from the beach. A favorite of garden and beach lovers alike, this unit offers its own secluded garden with outdoor shower, hammocks, and direct access to the beach. The Master Suite features a king bed with en suite bath, while the second bedroom offers two twin beds and an en suite bathroom. The third bathroom is located just off the living room. WHERE WE ARE LOCATED We are located approximately 2-blocks south towards the West End Cliffs from the Times Square Mall and the Bourbon Beach where the Knutsford Express shared bus service from Montego Bay (their Negril drop off depot). Taking a cab to Negril or using GPS offline navigation, we are opposite of the Negril Gym for a reference point. You will see our BH sign under a small thatched roof on the beach side of the boulevard. Ocean View.

Beach House Condos Negril offers affordable, classic Caribbean beachfront accommodations on Jamaica's famous Seven Mile Beach. Each of our units - 10 Apartments, 3 Studios, and 1 Suite - are uniquely styled and privately-owned vacation homes managed locally by Diana and her team.

Though we are not a full hotel operation, we provide 24 hr security and a tour desk from 8AM to 4PM Monday - Saturday. Diana, our on-site property manager, and her team are available to help with any questions or special requests, as well as assistance with booking tours, excursions, and car rentals, should you wish to explore Negril and the surrounding area. Guests wishing to take advantage of the kitchen facilities may also request pre-arrival grocery shopping services for an additional fee. If there's anything we can do to help you prepare for arrival or make your stay extra special, please don't hesitate to get in touch.
