Great Place

My husband and I really enjoyed our stay. It was a great location near restaurants, shopping, and the beach. We would definitely stay here again.

Vacation with our adult children

It’s perfect. Has a nice amount of social space in addition to the 3 bedrooms. You can hang out in the kitchen, the living room, the back deck and the backyard/ grill/ picnic table area. Also sunset on the bench about 75 feet walk to the bay is quite nice! Enjoyed this time immensely!

Wonderful week at the beach

The property was great. Nice deck and very convenient laundry. Beautiful neighborhood with a great bay beach/dog beach around the corner. The two bathrooms really helped also. I don’t believe cleaning people came to clean before we got in but nonetheless a great week.

LBI with our family and furry friend!

This rental resident was a large spacious area for our needs and small dog, just perfect as we could also block the back porch for her to stay upstairs but outside with us. The ample parking in front allowed for our boat accessories as well. Our neighbors did have company and parking then became a challenge for us, as we had a large truck. They were gracious, however, it was an inconvience.

Beach Haven

The property is very nice, but address as listed you can't googlemap. very nice set up outside, could use a firepit! We enjoyed both porches, Back porch you could hear the waves at night, front porch fit 2 deck chairs & watch the sky at sunset. The elevator is a plus for taking in luggage and coolers. However the listing stated 2 Bathrooms there is only 1 & 1/2. For one of the gals who still irons before she wears there was to be an iron and ironing board there wasn't and realtor tried to contact owner but they never replied. It was to sleep 6 but the double bed was up against wall to fit room so one of us age 60+ would have had to crawl over the other to get out. One was going to sleep on leather couch but not supportive had a bit of a gulley. Pile of Bird poop and bird nest on back porch and floors could have used a cleaning is reason for the clean rating. But overall clean.
