Located on a privileged position and overlooking the traditional fishing harbour of Kotsikia beach in North East Euboea island!This house is perfect for relaxation.The beach is literally 3' walk away by following a semi-private path.My house offers a unique hill-side view to the sea which you will be able to enjoy all day long from the terrace in-front.This is highly recommended for your evenings especially if you appreciate some relaxing star gazing time and a glass of chilled local wine.
