Our condo is located directly on the serene beaches of Indian shores. Experience never to be forgotten sunsets right from your balcony! The primary bedroom faces the gulf where you can fall asleep on your king size bed to the soothing sounds of the sea. There are 2 other bedrooms, one with a queen bed and one with 2 bunk beds. The kitchen is fully equipped.

Enjoy walks on the endless sandy beach. Relax at the gulf side pool. Everything you need for your perfect vacation is right here!

A signed copy of our rental agreement must be submitted.

Dream Location

The condo was beautiful and very clean. The view was amazing and location perfect! The beach is just out the door. We had so much fun taking in all the local sites. Sunsets were breathtaking. The pool was clean and fun to use. We would recommend this condo to anyone!

Amazing in every way!

Anna and Laura were great hosts. Laura responded to every question very quickly and professionally yet with a personal touch that made us feel so welcome. The condo easily accommodated 4 adults with everything we needed. The view is magnificent! We will definitely stay at the Rose 505 again!! Thanks Anna and Laura!

Winter getaway

Beautiful place and view!! Microwave did go out took a few called to owner to get something done !! They ordered a portable and left it in Lobby my husband had to carry it up 5 flights of stairs !!! Also beware if u have a big suv parking garage is very tight I had to stand at exit and watch so we didn’t hit sides of wall !! Enjoyed our stay great location

While we were able to order a new one within a few hours, we were unaware that it had been left in the lobby. The owner and rental agent couldn't be nicer!!! the parking garage is the worst we have ever encountered. I guess I figured 2 bathrooms would include 2 showers but not here. No door on master bath and mirrored closet doors positioned facing the commode. ?? Otherwise it was a very nice place and we had a very enjoyable stay. Thanks!

Spacious 3 bedrooms. Beautiful views , watch dolphins and sunsets from your balcony, hear the waves as you sleep. Steps to the pool and beach 🏖! Close to restaurants .

What a dream vacation!

We had a great time at The Rose 505. The condo was clean and spacious. The balcony was our biggest joy. We watched dolphins jumping in the morning and later had front row seats to mesmerizing sunsets. On a couple of nights we were lucky to catch spectacular light shows over the gulf from distant storms. This was a memorable vacation and we have already booked for next year!

Perfect Family Vacation

We thoroughly enjoyed our vacation. We loved the location and the beach. The unit was very clean, comfortable and we felt at home. I wish we could have stayed longer.
