My wife and I love exploring new places, both throughout the United States and across Europe. We’ve both spent most of our careers in the travel industry, which has fueled our passion for travel and shaped our desire to provide exceptional accommodations and a memorable guest experience.

Our careers have also given us the opportunity to see the world and experience a wide variety of accommodations—from traditional hotels to peer-to-peer vacation rentals. Along the way, we’ve developed a pretty good sense of what makes a stay truly special: a thoughtfully designed space, quality amenities, attention to detail, and those little touches that make you feel at home.

When we created our townhome, we approached it from that perspective. We wanted to create a place that we would genuinely enjoy staying in ourselves—and one that we could confidently share with others looking for a comfortable, stylish, and memorable place to stay in Indianapolis.

We completely and meticulously remodeled our townhome with the same attention to detail we would give our own home. Our primary residence is a beautiful home on a lake about 40 minutes from downtown Indianapolis, so when we remodeled and furnished the townhome, our goal was simple: to create a place in Indianapolis that would be as comfortable, beautiful, and well-appointed as our home.

We designed it for ourselves to enjoy when we were in Indy, but also wanted rental guests to have the same experience. As a result, we chose stylish furnishings, finishes, and amenities with comfort and durability in mind—not simply what would be typical for a rental property.

Mid-Century Modern with a Scandinavian Flair — and a Taste of Indiana

Thoughtfully designed with a mid-century modern aesthetic, Scandinavian influences, and a subtle taste of Indiana, this townhome blends clean lines, natural materials, and comfortable contemporary style.

The primary bedroom features a 65-inch Smart TV with remote-controlled backlighting, creating the perfect atmosphere for relaxing after a day in the city. A cozy seating area provides the perfect spot to enjoy morning coffee or an evening glass of wine while taking in views of the Indianapolis skyline.

The primary bathroom is a standout, featuring two lighted rainfall showerheads and custom 24" x 48" tile, creating a sophisticated, spa-like experience.

The kitchen combines Scandinavian simplicity with custom touches, including a beautifully tiled backsplash and a warm, natural-wood countertop.

The living room offers comfortable seating centered around a 50-inch Smart TV, along with a dedicated workstation featuring a large computer monitor and wireless printer. A Bose Bluetooth Wave radio adds another touch of style and convenience.

Every detail was thoughtfully selected to create a space that feels more like a beautifully designed home than a typical rental.
