The single level home includes three stunning bathrooms, including a luxurious ensuite with twin vanities and twin showers. Thoughtfully designed throughout, the property is fully wheelchair and elderly friendly, with no stairs or steps, wide access areas, nonslip bathroom flooring, stability rails, built-in shower seating, and an electric swim spa chair lift available on request.

Relax and unwind in the expansive living area while enjoying panoramic ocean views, a cosy combustion wood fire, or the comfort of fully ducted reverse-cycle air conditioning. Guests can also enjoy the indoor 8-person swim spa, table tennis in the separate games room, or prepare meals in the fully equipped modern kitchen complete with a wheelchair-accessible preparation area and cooktop.

Outdoor living is just as impressive, with two large decks offering year-round entertaining spaces and uninterrupted coastal views. Fire up the Weber 300Q gas barbecue and enjoy long afternoons overlooking the ocean.

Bathroom and bedroom linen is supplied for all stays. Linen quantities and bed configurations are based on guest numbers provided at booking unless otherwise advised. If you would like beds professionally made prior to arrival, please request bed-making at the time of booking ($15.00 per bed) Guests are kindly reminded to bring their own beach towels.
