ABOUT THE PROPERTY:
What will you find in this brand new space?

Let's see ... An elegant gray Venice room perfect for family and friends gatherings. Its comfortable furniture guarantees pleasant moments during use. In addition, you have 42-inch TV and board games.

On the second floor you will find both rooms. The main bedroom that has details that fall in love. A comfortable double bed with 124 thread count sheets of 100% cotton and feather pillows. You will surely have the rest you are looking for. Finally, a private bathroom with hot water, towels and basic toiletries.

The second room has the same special characteristics of the main bedroom. Double bed, sheets and pillows. The special thing about this room is its red color that creates a radiant atmosphere.

The second bathroom is located on the first floor. It also has a shower and hot water.

 Amazing, clean and complete kitchen with refrigerator; microwave, toaster oven, blender and all the tools you need to prepare delicious meals.


WHATS AROUND:
Chapinero is one of the best neighborhoods in the city. You find a great variety of commerce, both natural and recreational tourist sites; restaurants and cultural spaces everywhere. Given its excellent location, access by public transport is not something that you will have to worry about.
