Villa Dalu in Trani, Italy

Excellent home base to explore both coastal & inland towns on the Adriatic side of Italy. Accommodations beautiful, very clean, minutes from the historical and intriguing city of Trani. Unser perfektes Ferienhaus

Wir haben uns im Ferienhaus in Trani sehr wohlgefühlt. Das Haus ist großzügig geplant und modern und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. In der Küche findet man wirklich alles, was man benötigt, um sich im Urlaub wohl zu fühlen, wenn man wie wir gerne kocht. Lucia und David waren sympathische und freundliche Gastgeber, die uns mit vielen Tipps für Ausflüge in die nähere und weitere Umgebung versorgten. Nicht zuletzt fühlt man sich auf dem Grundstück mit dem abschließbaren Tor absolut sicher, die Lage ist, trotz der sehr guten Verkehrsanbindung ruhig. Auch der Platz zum Relaxen mit den beiden Gartenliegen und der überdachte, großzügige Sitzplatz haben uns sehr gefallen.

Thank you and we confirm that Villa Dalu, as published, has a double room and a single room, each with their own bathrooms. It can even accomodate 2 more people in a large double comfortable sofa bed. Indeed August is a very lively month in Italy.

Apartment in Trani

Die Wohnung von David und Lucia ist wunderbar eingerichtet, sehr sauber und sehr praktisch, alles, was man braucht, ist vorhanden: inklusive Steckdosen und Stauraum in den Schränken. David und Lucia waren sehr aufmerksame Gastgeber, die uns nett empfangen und immer wieder mit Tipps für Ausflüge versorgt haben. Die Wohnung liegt in einem Vorort von Trani - bis zur Altstadt sind es mit dem Auto zwischen fünf und zehn Minuten. Zu vielen Sehenswürdigkeiten ist es nicht weit, Castel del Monte ist zum Beispiel eine halbe Stunde entfernt. Einziges Manko: als wir da waren, war die Umgebung sehr laut - nebenan lag eine Baustelle, und auch die Nachbarn führen ihr häusliches Leben eher auf der Straße...ansonsten uneingeschränkt zu empfehlen!

Thank you for your kind review. The building nearby is temporary and anyway not so noisy. They will finish soon. By car to centre is only 5 mins and surroundings are usually very quiet. and joyful.

Das Haus ist sehr gepflegt. Das Tor zur Straße bietet Privatsphäre und Sicherheit!

Die Gastgeber sind höflich und Ansprechbar.Es ist sehr geschmackvoll Eingerichtet und hat bei uns keine Wünsche offen gelassen. Trani selbst hat schöne Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und eine riesige Auswahl an Hervorragenden Restaurants. Der Hafenbereich ist sehr belebt und schön zu flanieren. Wir kommen wieder!!!

Super schönes Haus

Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit in diesem sehr schönen Haus. Es war alles vorhanden was man so braucht. Haben auch fast jeden Mittag gekocht. Super fanden wir auch, dass es eine Waschmaschine und Spülmaschine gab. Die Einrichtung war auch sehr stimmig, großes Kompliment an den Hauseigentümer! Was wir leider nicht so toll fanden, dass man mit den Fänsterläden nicht wirklich verdunkeln konnte, hatten im großen Schlafzimmer schon frühmorgens sehr hell. Meine Schwiegermutter hat unten auf dem Schlafsofa geschlafen und konnte nicht gut schlafen, weil die Haustüre aus Glas besteht und die Straßenlaterne sehr hell war. Mein Vorschlag, Blickdichte Vorhänge, und Fliegengitter auch im Schlafzimmer wären super. Ein sehr großes "DANKESCHÖN" ist an Sebastiano zu richten, der immer mit Rat und Tat für uns da war! Hoffe, das jeder der das Haus mietet sich dementsprechend verhält, damit es auch ne lange Zeit so schön und sauber bleibt. Wir können es nur wärmstens empfehlen. David und Lucia sind sehr gute Vermieter, weiter so! Vielen lieben Dank Claudia und Sergio mit Familie

Claudia and family were so nice people. Indeed there were plans in April to add mosquito panels and blackout roller blinds in the bedrooms and main entrance but unfortunately it did not happen due to Covid problems.Thank you so much for your precious advice and we hope to see you again. Claudia und Familie waren so nette Leute. Zwar gab es im April Pläne, Mückenpaneele und Verdunkelungsrollos in den Schlafzimmern und am Haupteingang anzubringen, aber leider geschah dies nicht aufgrund von Covid-Problemen. Vielen Dank für Ihren wertvollen Rat und wir hoffen, Sie wiederzusehen.

La villa est agréable et bénéficie de beaux volumes.

La décoration est soignée et la villa est correctement équipée. Son emplacement permet de trouver le calme car la villa est sécurisée par plusieurs accès. Toutefois, elle est éloignée du centre ville et des plages. La voiture est nécessaire pour tous les déplacements.

Trani, quel beau séjour !

L'appartement de Lucia et David est encore mieux dans la réalité que sur les photos. Tout y est neuf, d'une propreté extrême. Un équipement "comme à la maison". Une climatisation a été installée en plus durant notre séjour dans le salon. Le top car nous avons frôlé les 40° dans la région. La résidence a une entrée en bord de route, mais en fait complètement en retrait et au calme. Un grand merci à Sébastiano, notre home manager qui a été disponible, présent et gentil. Un beau séjour, un beau souvenir pour ces 15 jours passés à Trani qui est une ville extrêmement agréable à visiter, boutiques, restau. J'ai beaucoup apprécié. Mille merci. Et qui sait peut être à un autre séjour chez nos superhost ? Ciao Lucia, David et Sébastiano. Maryse et Patrick
